location
being from and other country, we were not familiar with how to use the elevator or the coffee maker. Instructions on how to use the elevator at the front desk would’ve been very helpful as we got stuck in the elevator.

Location
Regarding the housekeeping , as a parent traveling with kids , I expected cleaning the room but unfortunately since I visited and I stayed for 7 days nothing was done , only providing towels whenever we asked for , and change/remove the trash without any type of cleaning or vacuuming the room . Even we asked for extra bed before we arrive and remind them everyday and the reply was it is not available.
