Location. Hot water. Comfortable spacious room.
Noisy at night (right off a busy street). AC did not work properly. (Maybe we didn’t know how to operate the remote for the AC but no instructions).

Location was great for exploring the city.
Building and rooms are beautiful.
Room kept spotless and comfortable.
Flavia was on hand for any problems.
Nothing.

Located close to all shops, restaurants and piazzas.
A short walk to all major attractions.
No fault of the perfect location but you can hear all the noise from nearby restaurants bars and traffic late at night but that can’t be helped by being so close to all.

The room was spacious and clean.
Not easy to get in and out of lift. Also, going through a few doors before accessing the room was at times challenging. Nobody to reach out to in case of an issue.
