Fantastic location in the centre of Madrid with a comfy bed and nice linens. The bathroom is a little small and so it won't suit people of all sizes. Check in and communication was easy although we weren't able to activate our electronic key before we arrived. Very convenient to the Opera station and surrounding area.
This was the only booking we made on our recent trip to Spain where we received fake whatsapp messages after we booked - always check with the hotel in Booking before you respond to whatsapp messages from unknown numbers claiming to be from the hotel.

The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of everything you need in central Madrid, the room is practical and functional with everything at hand, and the staff is super kind and helpful.

The location is amazing. It's right in the centre, and just a walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants, and bars. There is a good coffee shop right inside the hotel.
Everything was okay.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is right in the city center. DEcoration is OK. Price was rather low but it had it's reasons
AC is noisy
Bathroom and shower very small
The Airco unit makes a lot of noise and when you try to turn it off it makes even more noise.
TO stay one night it's OK. Longer it is not at all good
