Mrs Rosaria is a star! The delicious breakfast every morning, prepared by her on the spot, and her positive and warm attitude were the highlights of our trip! The location is also great!

It was a quiet quaint accomodation. Comfortable beds. Clean fresh towels daily. Rooms made up every day. Beautiful large French windows. We loved the Roman baroque feel of the apartment . It’s round the corner from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.
The bathroom was a tad small and shower /bathroom didn’t have a door. So for friends staying together there’s no privacy. The toilet does have its own room and door however.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable air conditioned room, perfect after a full day sightseeing. Superbly located to all the best tourist attractions

Clean and pretty room. We didn’t have breakfast, but there are many restaurants nearby with good food.

If you want to feel the spirit of Italy 🇮🇹- Trinity rooms are the best decision. We just loved our host, who was really friendly and each morning made very delicious breakfast. The rooms were cleaned each day. All attractions can be reached by foot. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would reccoment it 100%!
Small minus - the sounds from the street. But you live in the centre of Rome, so can’t complain 😀

Rozalia is great hostess. The apartment is in the best location close to the metro and very close to the most famous places of the Center. The room was spotless clean and has everything you need. The location has keyless access which is very useful. Breakfast was amazing and full of Italian tastes!!! we loved the tiramisu. we recommend the place and we will visit again in the future!!!!!
Rosalia thank you for everything Dimitris & Nadia

The building entrance leads to a wonderful old cage elevator barely fitting two people with luggage. You must close both the inner and outer elevator doors. At night the building entrance is by using a door code. . The fourth floor rooms are accessed with another code. Our digital room key was waiting on the desk. When you enter your room you must insert the digital card into the slot by the door for the lights to operate for more than 30 seconds. The large well maintained room had a couch, chair, a comfortable king bed and space for hanging/luggage storage. Large bath area "enclosable" with a curtain. Separate door off of the bathroom for the toilet, bidet and a small secondary sink. The breakfast eggs were made to order with available fruit, desserts, juices, breads, spreads and a toaster. Coffee and cappuccino made to order. Daily maid service! Wonderful location for exploring eating, drinking, shopping and people watching. Taxis are only available at taxi stands. One is nearby. Electrical outlets all require European plugs or adaptors.

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. they helped arrange our early morning taxi pick up.
There was construction in the courtyard, but you couldn't hear it from the room. Just a bit of an eye sore when you walked in

Breakfast was yummy and fresh and prepared in a very quaint way. The room was lovely and very large with all necessary facilities. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the staff, because of the language barrier. Location was excellent.

Staff was very accommodating and the communication with the host was excellent. Great location with just a short walk to Barberini metro station (5 minutes max), the Spanish steps are right down the street, there are 3 restaurants on the same street (steps from the B&B / the one where we ate had good food at a very reasonable price), and there is a quick mart across the street.
Not a big complaint, but there is some street noise until late at night for those who need absolute quiet. And it would be nice to have had a fan to move some air and have some white noise to offset the street noise.
Also, I was surprised that soap wasn't provided for showering. I had packed some, but it's not something I usually think to pack. Again, not a big deal.

The location was fantastic, everything youd want to visit is in walking distance. The hotel is a bit hard to find since there weren't any signs outside, only a tiny one right next to the door and seeing it is impossible if your walking by it. The staff weren't there after 10 so if you wanted to ask somthing you couldn't. The room was nice but a bit small, the bathroom didnt have a door which was interesting. Beds were comfortable but the pillows are too thin. All in all it wasnt the worst stay of my life but not the best eather. If your coming just to sleep the surely you can find somewhere cheaper.

I added 1 point for a location but overall it was one of the worst experience (we traveled around Europe almost 2 months) for us.
Rooms are terrible and small, who designs them? Please hire a normal designer.
You live like a big apartment with others.
Air conditioner did not work properly. Hot and humid in the rooms
I wanted to talk to a woman who works there - she does not speak English at all. Nobody speaks English there
Nobody was there after 10 am so if you need something or lose a key - it is your problem
Breakfast was bad. Why do people say it is good? I stayed in so many amazing (and same price) hotels in Italy with really amazing breakfast. This breakfast include leftovers of cheese, meet, yesterday fruits and a little bit more. Oh yes some eggs!
They did not want to turn on air conditioner while you eat breakfast so welcome to sauna while you eat
Hosts were rude!
I feel sad because it was our last hotel before we leave home and I think most part why we did not enjoy the Rome was because we stayed at Rooms!
There are some great spots for a similar price there! Please check them!

All in all a very good experience. Location is excellent and the room was beautiful and spacious. It had a comfy bed too. Communication with the staff was very good and professional.
The bedframe needs to be changed (see picture) and I missed a 'Please do not disturb' sign to hang on the door. These are small details that didn't affect our great experience.

Angelika and Rosaria were absolutely lovely. They really looked after us from breakfast to sorting out our boarding passes and keeping an eye out for the taxi. Priceless.

Large room. Lovely host. Great location - short walk to the Spanish steps and central area. Nice breakfast. Great old building with elevator.
We loved this property!
