Abbiamo trascorso in questo appartamento 4 giorni molto piacevoli. Appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli,ben arredato e con tutti i comfort.
La cucina molto ben attrezzata in cui non manca proprio nulla così come nel bagno in cui è presente anche una lavatrice nuovissima e il phon.
In generale la pulizia è da migliorare.
L'unica difficoltà riscontrata è la posizione dell'appartamento situato al terzo piano senza ascensore e raggiungibile solo con una scala abbastanza stretta e ripida, molto scomoda per chi viaggia con bagagli pesanti.
Luce sulla scala fuori uso.
Presenza di un parcheggio multipiano a pagamento nelle vicinanze.
Cinque rampe di scale strette, e senza luce per portare le valigie al terzo piano.
Richiesta di € 300 come cauzione per eventuali danni......restituita in tempi brevi.

An amazing little apartment - in the heart of lisboa without being in a noisy street - hard to get a place like this with its view out of the gardens at this price point - short walk to all major burrows

The apartment is nicely appointed with a small kitchen, and located in a quiet residential district of Lisbon. It is on a hill so be prepared for a lot of walking. There are a few restaurants and cafes around the corner near a beautiful little green park, but for nightlife, you have to go to the other neighbourhoods. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided in the bedroom. Around the corner is a fantastic Oyster and Cocktail Bar where the bartenders do magic.
There was a coffee machine which tempted us each morning, but no coffee pods ;_;
Also we were 2 friends traveling together, but we did not get sheets for the couch bed because they only put sheets for the couch bed when there will be 3 guests. So if you are 2 friends traveling together, be sure to request sheets for the couch if needed.
Being that the place is on the top of a hill, the front room can get kind of loud as cars drive up it through the night, so bring earplugs if you sleep lightly.

very nice location in a quite area and next to the city centre
nice view
very welcoming host
stairs to the flat are steep and narrow (if you travel with a luggage)
if you keep windows closed (if you are out during the day for example) there is a light smell of mould, but during summer keeping windows open it improves quite fast
the drain of the shower was quite slow but we notified the host and they should have fixed that
