Très bien situé pour visiter la cité vaticane et Rome

L’emplacement La propreté Le serveur John, très professionnel et convivial, avec un vrai sens du service.

Les petits-déjeuners peuvent être complets si et seulement on demande les éléments qui le compose les uns après les autres. Pour le prix, on pourrait s’attendre à ce qu’une seconde viennoiserie soit systématiquement proposée.

Velmi jednoduché ubytování bez šťávy se zvědavým Johnem

+ lokalita, dostupnost metra i autobusu + čistota perfektní, zrekonstruované pokoje, pohodlné postele, dostatek ručníků, mýdlo, šampon k dispozici + káva a čaj po celý den k dispozici, možnost bezlepkové snídaně, + bezpečnost, 1. Patro, výhled do vnitrobloku, jednoduchost přístupu do objektu + klimatizace, vtipné osvětlení v koupelně, teplá voda. +/- personál John viz níže…jinak oceňuji tipy pro návštěvu Říma a snahu, stejně jako jazykové dovednosti

- nefungující (= nechladící) mini lednička a nemožnost uložit do své jídlo do přístupné ledničky - slyšitelný hluk z vedlejších pokojů - lze částečně řešit zavřením koupelových dveří - snídaně s velmi rozporuplnou organizací i možnostmi. Nabízena velmi obyčejná šunka a sýr, dva druhy kofeinových čajů a špatná káva +/- personál John: je velmi ochotný, přátelský, milý, ale také je příliš zvědavý a chce všechno znát a vědět. Jakékoliv informace o hostech pak sdílí dál mezi další hosty. Je neomalený, ale nevědomě. Pokud jste typ introverta, bude vám to velmi vadit. Jako extravert jsem to zvládla, ale jeho šťourání bylo kolikrát skutečně nepříjemné. Navrhovala bych zachovat profesionalitu a nepřekračovat hranici soukromí hostů a nevyzvídat detaily o jejich osobních životech a podrobnosti o účelu cesty, stejně jako sdílení drbů. - pokoj neodpovídá FOTKÁM ve slova smyslu velikosti pokoje. Jsou to malinké pokoje bez dostatečného úložného prostoru, pokud jste 3.

Buena ubicación. Muy cerca del vaticano, muchos sitios para comer por la zona. El desayuno correcto y Jan muy amable.

Dobre miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt w okolicach Watykanu

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko Watykanu. Miejsce to podzielone na pokoje z łazienkami pokoje dwuosobowe, ze współdzieloną kuchnią (bez możliwości gotowania posiłków). Bardzo sympatyczny personel.

W porach śniadaniowych w pokoju dość głośno. Jedyna możliwość ogrzewania w miesiącach zimowych to klimatyzacja, jak to w Rzymie.

It was so bad we left after the first night!

It was awful! This is not a hotel! It’s an apartment with rented bedrooms. Very deceiving. Terrible location, filthy room, clogged shower drain, hair in shower, broken shower handle, running toilet all night, air vent held up with masking tape, bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Owner pretended not to be the owner! He’s very nasty & unprofessional. DO NOT STAY HERE

Quiet Neighborhood stay. Feel like a local.

Room was perfect for family of three. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Building is beautiful and other residents were quite friendly. Walking distance to food, pharmacy, grocery. Very close to the metro. Metro was closed for work so can't say how easy it was to get around that way.

Highly recommended

Thanks to John, the stay was very pleasant. He was very helpful and supportive and accommodated us very well. We were happy to see him every breakfast. The location was walking distance to Vatican and even center.

We LOVED that we were accomodated earlier than anticipated because our flight arrived earlier than the room was scheduled to be available. The hosts were exceedingly hospitable, nice and accommodating. It was wonderful..

There's a total of 6 room in the flat, and is very well equipped with SMART home technology The bedroom were super comfort and clean, and the bathroom LED lightning can be changed accordingly to fit your mood Andrea the owner he is super friendly, and helpful in all aspect. I told him that since my last visit 11 year ago. A lot of things had changed in Italy and not the same as it was before. He patiently listened to my feedback and gave us some recommendation, to where we can roam around and source for the best original taste which I am after. Instead of paying for touristic pricing, and getting some quality of food that does not live up to expectation. Knowing that we got to left the flat 7AM the following day, he had prepared some fresh pastries to take it with us. There were many good restaurants and bar close by the area, and estimate 10 to 15min to city centre by Metro - est 5min to Vatican City by foot

Friendly staff, good location and great air conditioning!

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and the WiFi and air conditioning were excellent.

The room and bathroom did not have drawers or places to unpack items well. The elevator was small to move large suitcases.

Superb

This property was great for our multigenerational family travel. It allowed us to have separate rooms while also giving us the ability to gather together in the kitchen area. Our hosts were very hospitable and gave us lots of great information about the area. We enjoyed the neighborhood which is close to aroma but slightly outside the heavy tourist zone.

Great small apartment block, close to the Vatican.

John was so lovely, couldn't do enough for us! Very friendly and made us a lovely breakfast every day. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to the Vatican lots of restaurants close by. John did a great job of cleaning out room, spotless!

A must Stay If You're in Roma

Omg Everything!!!! Like literally Everything about this place... The Owners Andrea and Georgia was Wonderfull Amazing Couples.. From the Day I arrived, Andrea took the time to explain about our Stay. He explained about the places to go and the best Restaurants to Eat and Try. John was exceptional. Even served our breakfast in our room.. Its near to the Vatican like 10 minutes walk so that was a plus point. My room was cleaned everyday without asking. Shower was great and clean. I think this will be my regular spot to stay if im coming to Rome again.

-Spacious rooms -John was very polite and discrete, really helpful and nice

Room number 5: Smell in the room, the mattresses on the narrow single beds were sliding. Room number 6: The AC was really noisy and the room never got warm, it was really cold. The rooms were very poorly equipped and looked much nicer on the photos.

Location was great, no public transport needed to visit all main atractions, many shops and restaurants were close to our apartment. Room was clean with big and comfortable bed, also bathroom was very nice and spacious. Breakfast was simple, toast or jogurt, croissant, capuccino, juice, but for us it was enough. Communication with the host was were easy and he always responded to all our questions in short time.

the smell of the toilet inside the room, the quality of the beds (uncomfortable); the layer of the beds and covers (no protection of the mattresses and the bed sheets moved all the time); the cold on the floors… the breakfast was very very poor… basically I would not choose it again or recommend to someone else…

Great location, close to public transport, lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Quiriti is located in a quite neighbourhood in Rome, at walking distance from the metro and Vatican City. We had great breakfast service and every question we asked for service was handled immediately!

Check-in was a bit chaotic, but we receieved immediately great help form the owner! After that, everything smooth and perfect!

My favourite location in Rome. Quiet and confortable. Outstanding host and comms.

We were on a quick transit through Rome to pick up a replacement passport. The location is great (in fact now my favourite location in Rome). Plenty of local shops and restaurants. The rooms are basic but roomy and comfortable. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard so it was great to let the air in and get a good night sleep. Italian style breakfast (prepared by David in the kitchen) was basic but ok when in a hurry to get out in the morning. There are PINs and an app needed to access the apartment but the information provided via messaging made the job easy. I really need to call out Andrea our host. Absolutely outstanding providing plenty of good information regarding local shops and restaurants but especially for helping my family get to the station by taxi. We had a very tight schedule picking up our passport and meeting our train reservations. We made it with seconds to spare. We wouldn’t have got through the day without her help. Absolutely outstanding, top marks to Andreas!

Some items in the bathroom need maintenance, one light not working, toilet seat loose, sink drain plug not working. Minor things that can be fixed easily.
