Guest access The garage and one upstairs closet is the only part of the home that is not accessible to renters. We provide 2 sets of clean sheets and pillow cases, towels, washcloths, hand towels, body soap, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS!!! There are plenty of garbage bags provided so please empty the garbage every night. Garbage day is on Wednesday. Interaction with guests We have a local property manager who can assist with any of your needs. Other things to note There are 2 major grocery stores within 2 miles and a Walmart also within 2 miles. Every convenience you may need is within minutes of our home.

Nice clean home and spacious, only complain is the heated pool never got heated and some of the beds were a little worn and weren't as supportive. Overall family had a nice time

Excellent 5-head shower in the master, comfy seating all over, plenty of room to manuever in the kitchen, and nice big dining tables inside and out. Also: Plenty of trash bags and dishwasher pods. We've grown accustomed to having to bring our own; a small but very nice detail.

The home was just as described. It had everything we wanted for the entire family. Our getaway was designed to be able to spend quality time out in the boat in the bay and the gulf, and after long days out on the beautiful water, is was nice to pull back into the dock and relax with all the comforts anyone could hope for. The kids spent hours in the pool and the adults spent hours out on the water exploring the area, fishing, and diving. Our entire time was a blast. We take wonderful memories with us. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The owners let us come in earlier on the day of check in due to the hurricane. The house is in a excellent location…by boat or car! We will definitely be back to visit.

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. The pool was great. We did not have a boat but the dock was great for fishing! The beach was a short 10 minute drive and it was clean with public restrooms. Please make sure you take pictures of all the check out instructions - they will try to tell you something different than what they have in writing everywhere. The trash situation is unacceptable as they will ask you to take any trash that doesn’t fit in the trash cans in your car and find a place to get rid of it! After paying a cleaning fee - it’s disappointing that it apparently doesn’t include trash disposal. We relied on the listing stating certain things would be supplied and discovered they were not (trash bags, laundry detergent, not enough towels and washcloths for everyone, etc). Some small maintenance issues. They are responsive when you contact them as we had a couple of issues arise while there. They took care of one (a leaking garbage disposal) but never fixed the broken pool lights.

Enjoyed our family vacation, not use to so many houses, so close together. We had to request ,something be done about garbage. Two large trash cans, full, when we arrived. Got fussed at by owner, at check out, when I told him cans were full again. Maintenance issues are not the responsibility of the renters.

The house was nice overall. Minor household issues (flickering light in kitchen and running toilets). House, pool, and dock are all nice. Its about a 10 minute drive to any beach. With multiple kids in carseats and booster seats, this more troublesome than we planned for. Owners were very responsive for questions about the house.. Overall, great stay.

My famikt and I really enjoyed our stay. Thw home was spacious and clean. It had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed. The neighbors were super friendly and talked to us across the dock, giving fishing pointers. We even got to see dolphins swim up to the area. All around great stay. And the owner was readily available for any questions. Thanks again Matt!!

This was a great house. with 9 people, we never felt cramped or crowded. Everyone was able to have their own spot. Location was nice and quiet, yet a short drive to all of the main attractions.

Loved the location of this house on an ocean inlet and having a pool as well. The home was plenty big for our family group of 14. The only negatives was the bleach smell, assumingly from the cleaning crew, and a wet smell (maybe from previous renters?). We also wished there were kitchen towels to dry hands or dishes. Overall, a great place for those wishing to have a quiet retreat on the ocean. The area beaches are fantastic also.

Excellent house for extended family. Lots of living space and kitchen has a lot of room for multiple people. Too cold to use the pool but it looked awesome! Location is great for Perdido Key and about 40 min to Pensacola Beach.

The property was perfect for our large family. Close to anything we wanted to do, but also had plenty of space and things to do without having to constantly go somewhere. After a day at the beach, it was nice to come back to the private pool and let the kids keep swimming. Property owner was very responsive when we needed anything.

We really enjoyed our space, plenty of room for everyone, able to dock both of our boats with ease. Hostess very responsive with our requests. Kids had a ball in the pool and Johnson beach was just across from the house. We would stay here again

Cleaning wasnt as good in one room. Trash and water bottles was under the bed, in the bedroom downstairs. Pool guy never arrived to clean the pool. Kinda got a little dirty from debre due to storms. Getting rid of the trash was terrible. Both outside cans were filled to the top upon our arrival Saturday. And trashman don't come till Wednesday morning. Upon leaving was informed to take my trash with me if it wouldn't fit in cans. Nice place. But for what we paid. I don't believe take the trash with you is something I would have to do.

The stay was amazing. We caught alot fish off the dock and fed Henrietta (the local Blue Herron), and the kids loved night swimming. Close to anything we wanted to do.

Very comfortable and clean with most everything provided. Had a little trouble getting in the first day, but host responded quickly. A few areas needed attention, but excellent communication with host who assured that they would be addressed. New chairs around the pool we’re nice, but a couple outside dining chairs broken so only 4 in good shape. Would think outside seating overall not really sufficient for larger group. We really enjoyed the home overall and greatly appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. Neighborhood very nice and location very convenient. Location would be best for those who have a boat and can get out in the Big Lagoon.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was as pictured. Pool was great for the kids. The location was in a nice neighborhood. House accommodated our group nicely. Few small issues with things like the upstairs bathroom shower drain, the poolside furniture was in rough shape, the trash situation, pool wasn’t cleaned for our stay but these didn’t impact our vacation enough to contact the rental manager, which were very responsive.

House is in a great neighborhood and and has a nice layout however, house was in need of repair. Upon arrival house was still being cleaned and not ready at the check in time. Immediately noticed that most of the chairs on the patio were cracked or broken(as stated in a review from January and we checked in 3/19/22). Additionally the house was currently being painted a different colorful and was a poor paint job to say the least, the windows had paint on them. The listing states that the house has cable which it does not, there is a roku device but in order to use it you must enter in all of your log in credentials, none of the televisions in the home were set up. Additionally, after arriving at the house the garage barge disposal was not working so I contacted the owner and he instructed me to look for an Allen wrench to free the disposal. Finally I have stayed in many Vrbo homes and for the money paid to stay at this home I was very disappointed and will not return.
