Gross experience seeing bed bugs everywhere...crawling on top of bed, walls, desk. Building needs pest

Bed bugs infiltration in the walls, desk, top of beds, still crawling...so gross. Had to book another airbnb somewhere else on our first night.

Beautiful apartment!

The apartment was like a home away from home. It made me start shopping for apartments in the same building! Cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. Super convenient and comfortable location in a really nice, new part of the city.

The check-in process is a bit confusing but you should be fine as long as you read the directions well before you enter the parking garage to get your key. Take screenshots so you can view it before you lose service.

Very disappointed.

Breakfast? What breakfast?

Room needed painting. Walls were scuffed and dirty. Ac did not work till the second day after I found the breakers had tripped. A cold first night Not what I signed up for.

Clean and comfortable apartment in a safe location

The location was perfect for our needs. The facilities were very clean and comfortable.

The lockers with the key fobs were difficult to find. There were no clear directions.

Had a great stay overall. Although I do not like the bed, everything was amazing.

Very clean. Streamline checking in process. Loved the patio, great courtyard. Great property.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Great facilities... but neighbors noisy & inconsiderate.

Nice location and amenities.

Neighbors above me stomped around their space at late hours of the night through the early hours of the morning (11pm through 3-4am).

Great location near a lot of good restaurants & easy access to major thoroughfares. Neighbors were very nice & eclectic!

Mattress needed to be changed -- dipped in the middle so we kept rolling toward each other. Closet was hard to get into. Sofa was uncomfortable. No skillet. Walls needed painting throughout.

Exceptional

There was no breakfast, which I was okay with since I do not wake up in time to eat breakfast. The room overall was great. The bathroom was great, the shower was amazing.

The bedroom area was smaller than I thought it would be. The closet was very small. The second thing I did not like was not have tv. I wish I would have brought my laptop so I could stream.

really nice place to stay but really annoying processes

the studio was fantastic. really well equipped kitchen and bathroom with full toiletries including conditioner. very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like ear plugs. the whole apartment block also smelt beautiful!

the pre work beforehand was incredibly annoying when one had already paid up front. I was pestered by emails and text messages. a total of 11 from the minute I had reserved until I had done the pre check in info a week before I was due to stay there on arrival the fobs to access the building were in a dark parking garage which stank of weed and didn’t feel particularly safe. I had to leave at 5.30am and also didn’t enjoy having to return it there at that time. you also HAVE to have the app to get the Wi-Fi password. not great for international travellers who don’t have data roaming as there isn’t the access to the info unless you download the app!

Location had great access to downtown.

Finding the lock box to enter the building was complicated. Once we found the lock box in the parking garage, it was easy to enter the building and the room.

Great stay

We had a great time. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned. It had all the necessary modern facilities. We also enjoyed access to the courtyard. We were able to find street parking and checking in late was fine.

There are minor improvements that would make the experience even better, like having enough coffee for all days. The bed was ok but the sheets kept coming off. The pool was shared with the residents and wasn't very clean. People were throwing shoes into the pool.
