The staff are very courteous and efficient.
Maybe an umbrella that the guest can borrow when it is raining outside.

Great location just a few ( about 30) steps from the lake. Comfy beds and luxury towels . Good continental breakfast.

Very convenient location
Steps are difficult to seniors and no assistance with bags. Driving into square is very confusing. Lots of pedestrians in streets that you have to drive on. It can intimidate you that you are going the wrong way. Dont follow the google maps.

Location is great but difficult for older people as it is up on the hill so you need to climb 38 steps. Just a standard hotel. Did have a bit of a view, over the front houses roofs
No fridge in rooms, you need To go down to dining room if you need a drink of water. Climbing up & down, being Ill & not being able to breathe properly made it difficult.
