Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The owner, Giulio, was very helpful. He made 2 rounds to pick us & our luggage at night after our car broke down 3km before reaching the place. It's located a little away from the main Bellagio town, but the bus stop of C130 service is 20m away. We used it to commute to Como.
Small thing: Had to carry luggage up one floor.

very nice rooms and delicious breakfast and staff
towels were very rough and the location was too far away found it difficult to get a taxi and bus stopped at 8p which made having dinner downtown difficult busses were full and once couldnt get back to the room which was frustrating
