Beautiful location right on the lake, staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful - I couldn’t fault them. Easy to access by train and public transport to places of interest was convenient. It was the perfect long weekend venue and I would absolutely recommend
The hotel was full and therefore there was an overflow to the dining room which lacked a little atmosphere. The menu could be a little more varied particularly at lunchtime when you may not want a heavy meal. That being said the food quality was excellent

This is an expensive but lovely smart hotel. It has excellent parking right outside and is right on the lake and in the centre of the small town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner in the smart main restaurant which was also good. Our room was big and well appointed and I would recommend you take the extra cost for lake view as it’s very special.
Nothing it was all good .

Lovely view of the lake.
Breakfast buffet had a very good selection.
Staff fairly friendly but a bit stiff (except for one lovely Hungarian waitress). Room had a stale smell. Facilities all very old. Massage area felt like an old living room. Food not at all worth the price.
