Das Personal war mega nett. Und die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.

Great location and amazing restaurant. We came to Velden off season but had a wonderful experience at the hotel. There’s parking and EV chargers. The front desk is very friendly and rooms were comfortable. The highlight was the restaurant with amazing Austrian food and great continental breakfast.
The gym and spa work at odd times, and unfortunately the day that we stayed at the hotel it opened late mornings d I wasn’t able to take advantage of the facilities.

This is our third time staying at this hotel, and I’m 100% sure it won’t be our last. The best hotel on the lake! I honestly don’t even know what else to add to my previous reviews, everything is simply perfect, from the delicious breakfasts to the spa and the private beach. A huge plus, especially on rainy days is the spa where you can drink tasty tea 😍 it makes the stay even more enjoyable
