Just bring your family, friends, food & skis! #A7 Hunter Highlands Highlands Dr. Hunter, NY 12442 Ski Season Rates for this beautiful condo are: Xmas, New Years, Martin Luther King & Presidents Weekends - $2700 up to 4 nights) or $3500 for the week. All other ski weekends are $2300up to 3 nights, $2500 up for 4 nights or $3000 for the week Midweek rates are from $350(2 +nights) to $500 (1 night) per night. Sorry, it's not available monthly in the winter Summer Season rates are: $7000- July& August Mountain Jam Weekend or Taste of Country (the weekend after Memorial day) $2750 for up to 4 nights or $3000 for the week. All other nightly Summer rates are $350-$500 per night. **Refundable Security fees apply from $500 & up** **$250 cleaning fee per rental *

The property was clean and convenient to the slopes. Walking out the door and over to a run was so easy, and made us want to return. We loved the mountain, as well. It has a ton of variety and fit the needs of the various levels of skiers in our group. The only kind of strange part is the one full bath right by the entrance, just off of the living room. It was nice to have another full bath, though. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the condo was fantastic for our group of 9 (3 adults and 6 kids), offering ample space and comfort. The location was ideal for enjoying Hunter Mountain, and the condo was well-equipped with essentials like linens and kitchenware. The only hiccup was the address not appearing on Waze or Google Maps, and the lack of street signs in the complex. However, these were minor issues. Communication with the owners was smooth and helpful. Although ski conditions were disappointing during our Christmas to New Year's Eve visit, the short drive to the lodge's free parking was convenient. It's worth noting that early season skiing can be hit or miss, but we still managed to ski nearly every day and had a wonderful trip overall.

We had a great time at Hunter! This property was cute and rustic! Our 2 favorite features were the wood burning fire place and ski in/ ski out! Mary was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay. Mary was great to communicate with and the property had an awesome location. We had a blast staying at her place. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all of the utensils and basic cooking items. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great condo for skiing, right on trails provided there is enough snow you can ski right on/off. Ideal for 6 adults and loft added 2 addition beds. Only caution is sleeping in the loft - the steps are very steep, carpet makes them bit slippery. However, the 3 bedrooms are roomy and very comfortable and host (Mary) was very nice and communicative -and we had no issues at all. I would definitely rent again.

It was our first time at a ski in ski out. Loved it! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Owners instructions were very clear and communication was excellent! Great place to stay!

Great location near beginning ski area. Plenty of firewood, very clean and plenty of space for us and 4 kids.
Plenty of cooking pots and pans and seasonings. Would recommend for a family looking to use green runs on Hunter.

Everything was perfect. House was neat, clean and well taken care of. Ski in/ ski out so everyone can come and go on their own time. It's great for a larger group - we were 10. Mary is extremely responsive and was able to accommodate our requests. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We would love to go back. Everything was in great proximity to trails. Mary was very nice to communicate with and answered all our questions. We plan to go back for more skiing there. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs.

Such a convenient location; a true ski on/off home! We enjoyed our time here very much. Mary is always very quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with. It was spacious for our 2 families with kids. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and couldn't have had a better experience. It continuously snowed for the two days while we were there making for great conditions on the slopes, and when you walk out of the condo right to the first trail what more could you ask for? The condo has everything we needed to make the most of this trip and Mary was incredibly helpful to us even when we had a late night question. We would definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Mary was a great host who provided a fair rate and detailed instructions. Plenty of room for two small families or three couples. Would stay here again. The listing provides a clear and accurate description and picture of the location. PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS. But a reminder for those of you new to Hunter - this property is next to the bunny slope and half way up the hill. In order to get to the main portion of the mountain, at least right now, you have to work to get over to a lift. Not a big deal for adults who only have to do that once a day, but was a bit of a chore for kids who need snacks and bathroom breaks, etc. Kids loved the unique loft area and cool and quirky decorations. Kitchen was well-stocked and we had a nice fire going most of the time. Parking area very convenient. Thank you, Mary!

I had a wonderful time staying in Mary’s lovely home! It is the perfect cozy condo for a ski retreat! We loved playing games by the fire each night. Being right on the slope was so convenient (especially so during COVID because it allowed us to eat lunch at “home” and avoid public bathrooms). Mary was accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend this condo.
