The hotel and rooms were very beautiful and comfortable. Customer service by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was really good, and we were very pleased with our stay here.

Friendly staff
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was definitely a positive aspect of our stay. However, for the price of one night, I honestly don’t feel the hotel was worth it. Everything felt overpriced, and although the hotel tries to create a luxurious, fancy atmosphere, the actual experience didn’t live up to those expectations. The room was extremely small and did not look the way it was portrayed in the online photos. Overall, I expected much more for the price we paid. While I appreciate the friendly service, I don’t feel the overall value matched the cost.
