Great location as only 7 min walk to Termini station. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum .
The room and bathroom were very clean. Very comfortable bed. Also very quiet surroundings.
No Aircon so the room was very hot and stuffy. Had to leave the balcony door open at night.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was amazing.
The bed was very hard, but we did sleep okay.

Smart inside generally with nice breakfast area, although crammed in too many tables.
No ironing facilities in room and some graffiti on exterior not best advert
