From July 12, 2021 CasaGrande WHEN IT IS POSSIBLE leaves one day free between bookings, thus offering its guests 3 great advantages:
1 - Early check-in, from 9 am: the best thing after a long overnight flight (US travellers)
2 - Possibility to leave your luggage even after check-out
3 - Right sanitation of all rooms, given the time available

CasaGrande is a large and spacious apartment of 180 square meters, on two levels, on the main floor of an ancient Baroque palace in the heart of Rome. CasaGrande has large living rooms and lounges, in rooms with wooden coffered ceilings more than six meters high.
Original paintings and lithographs by renowned contemporary artists decorate the walls, as do large wall tapestries, souvenirs of the owners' travels to the Middle East.
There are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The bathrooms are simple and basic, but complete with everything. A shower stall is 70x70 cm. It is possible to accommodate normally up to 8 people, 10 with extrabed.
CasaGrande is the right place to stay in Rome for short or long periods, ideal for business stays, even for groups of people. CasaGrande is aimed at those who want to visit Rome without losing time in long journeys. You will be exactly in its center.
CasaGrande is equipped with central heating. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms!

The apartment was perfect for our group of 9. It was in the best location for being in the heart of it all but in a quiet side street. The actual apartment had all we needed for modern conveniences while still holding on to that authentic older feel. It was wonderful.

The place was great in so many ways!! Great location, great space for our whole family, lots of extras including a great handbook for the place and surrounding area! We used several recommendations! The gelato recommendations were excellent!! There were even some welcome snacks and drinks!! Great communication too!! Even arranged rides for us!! Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful apartment for our stay in Rome. We were a party of 8 adults and were very comfortable here. The beds were all comfortable and it was a luxury to have 4 bathrooms! Everything was clean and welcoming. We hit a May heatwave and appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the bottles of water that were provided in the refrigerator. We also loved the huge dining room table. Grocery store, taxi stand, and pharmacy were close by. The location just can’t be beat. Even though we were just steps from Piazza Navona the apartment was very quiet. Francesca arranged transport for our large party upon arrival and departure and this was so helpful. We visit Rome often as we have relatives there and we would absolutely stay here again!

A beautiful and comfortable home in an excellent location. We are a 3-génération family of 9 and everyone loved it! The grandkids especially loved being so close to not one but two delicious gelaterias. We recommend Leonardo’s and Quinto.
