We stayed at Janet's place for 4 days. It was a fantastic visit! Location, location, location! Her place is walking distance to the historic plaza area-huge plus! The fenced yard was another huge asset for our dog. The adobe apartment was adorable! Cozy, comfortable, and very cute. All the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Janet was the perfect host. She checked on us often, and the one time we needed her, she was very easy to reach. She also left a ton of great info about the city, especially where to eat and shop. The chocolates and doggy treats were a lovely touch. We highly recommend Janets place, and we hope it will be available on our next trip! 12 out of 10 stars ๐

Janet,
When we went to bed last night we put the chain across the door. About 9:00 pm last night we heard someone enter a code on the door and the door opened and the chain was jerked all the way out. When we woke up we noticed the chain hanging and we found a round piece to the chain outside on the mat. We picked this piece up and laid it on the tv console. You will need to repair this and your door lock is still not working properly.
As you know we called to notify you of this problem about the front door lock on the night we arrived and you came over about 30 minutes after our call. That caused a lengthy disruption and completely interfered with our dinner meeting.
The door lock started to work but it is an intermittent on going issue. When we left today we made sure door was closed all the way but the door did not lock. You will need to change this lock also. We had problems with this lock not locking several times during our stay.
We heard a loud sound on the front porch Friday night at 1:00 AM and it sounded like someone hit the outer wall on the porch. The police were called and they checked on the exterior of the vrbo.I also called you to notify about the issue.
The failure of the front door to lock and that you gave someone the front door code ant they opened the door on us at about 9 pm last night is totally unacceptable and made us feel unsafe in your property None of this should have occurred and it truly ruined our vacation No guest should feel unsafe

The property is in a great location - we walked to our shopping restaurants and bars. It is clean and quiet and very good value for Santa Fe. We unexpectedly had to bring along our dog and he was welcomed. We really appreciated that.

The property was close to most everything and walkable. I found the property to be a bit old but bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The host checked in a few times to see if things were good.

Janet is a great communicator, if we needed anything during our stay, I know I could count on her. The apartment is small but lovely, and looks just as listed. We could walk to downtown area every day, so it was very convenient for our needs.

We stayed at this nice property with our dog Luna and had a great time in Sante Fe for 4 days. This cabin-like accommodations with a shared backyard was quiet and peaceful. The apartment is set back from San Francisco street, with a long driveway that opens up to a one story buidling with a shared porch and backyard. The unit is easy to find because of the unique blue mailbox. The unit in which we stayed has a large bedroom/living room, modest size kitchen, that was well supplied and a full bath. These accommodations fit well for a couple (and with a dog). This apartment is not luxurious, but is highly comfortable and an easy walk to the GOK Museum and all that Sante Fe offers. We would stay in this apartment again.

Very impressed with Ms Urian and her management. Very clean with comfy beds and linens.
Lots of helpful info in a notebook at the property. Very dog friendly. Places to walk pups safely and there are nice shaded dog parks nearby. One up north of SF, first exit towards pueblos, is very nice with views of SF from slight elevation. I love SF and this is now my "go-to" for quite comfort and accessibility to SF's great cuisine!

A great, quiet and cozy place to stay just minutes from everything you'd want to see/do in Santa Fe. Shopping, eating and tourist stuff. If the weather had been better, we could have walked to every place we wanted to go (shopping district, the Cathedral, San Miguel Church, Loretto Chapel, Georgia O'Keefe museum and Museum of Indian Arts and culture). Only an hour and some change to Abiqui and Ghost Ranch.
Janet was wonderful. We especially appreciated her concern for getting us safely settled when she learned our flight was delayed by weather. She also went out of her way to recommend restaurants and check in on us to see we were well fed on Christmas Day (we had trouble finding an open restaurant)!
Make sure you go to the Plaza Cafe and the OG Pantry at least once.
The kitchen is well appointed and the shower is great. Lots of hot water.
TV is easy to work with lots of watching options.
Would 100% definitely come back here.

Enjoyed the comfortable bungalow. Small, but well-designed and furnished. Amazing how temperature consistent the adobe construction is! (Stayed during some cold weather.)Very good bed and amenities. Location makes for excellent walking the old city and fun neighborhoods! Owner was on-the-spot responsive!

Within walking distance to the town square and Canyon road. Cozy place that had all we needed. A bit dated but clean. Owner was very good with communication and important details. So much less than most places we researched. Enjoyed the short walk into town.

The place was super cute! We drive a big truck, so the driveway was a little tight (we scraped against some tree limbs on the way in/out), but you can do it. It's nicely tucked off the road and was actually very quiet! We spent more time there than others because of our dog, but it was perfect. The back patio, which was also fenced in so we could let our dog wander without worrying, had a little table and chairs we ate our dinners at and then we just lounged in the rental. Very close to everything! We are not city people but everything was very easy to get to. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
