Užasný hotel kvalita/cena.

Do hotelu se opakovaně vracím, mily personal, vynikající kuchyně, krásný hotel.

Only German guests are welcome

Many thanks to the animation team for great entertainment and support. If it weren't for this team at your hotel, my vacation would have been ruined

Hotel is aimed at German guests only. I came from England and felt constant discomfort. If the staff does not cater to English-speaking guests, this information must be provided when booking

Nice hotel, disappointed for the reasons above

All inclusive, food and room good

No staff seemed to speak very good English😢 I found them overall abrupt with me. My room was wrong, first of all I got told as a single traveller that’s why I’d got two single beds. I said I’d booked and paid for a double and showed the receptionist on my phone. Then he managed to change me to a room with a double bed as I had booked. I asked for late checkout, said have to wait till after breakfast on the day which did not give me time to organise my day, the day before😢 Then told me after breakfast, no not possible. The pool was great but no sunbed left for me. The pool guy did not understand what I wanted, I had to use my hands to describe. I don’t think English speaking should be advertised as the hotel really caters for German and Russian visitors overall.

Cats everywhere!!!

Ihotel is in a good location and hotel was clean.

There was cats in the dinning area all the time walking around open food . Staff did not consider that some guest may have allergy ieven when requested the cats to be moved out.. Also noticed the guest iand some staff in the hotel was fairly hostile towards different ethnicity guest. Apart from this hotel was great.and some staff and cleaners were extremely helpful.

Reasonable value for money and walking distance to the beach

- the quality of food was generally good. The desserts in the main buffet tasted a bit artificial but otherwise the range of Turkish and European fare was reasonable - the beach club was enjoyable and offered a range of free food and drink - night time activities organised by the hotel were entertaining - eg. Cappadocia night - the staff were helpful and accommodating, even though they were constrained by some strange rules and timings (please see below in the next section).

- inconvenient timings for meals: dinner in the main buffet finished at 830 PM. On holidays people want to eat later and have some flexibility with meal timings. - inconvenient timings for water slides: they are only open for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. They are not open in the warmest part of the day when people really want to use them. Also only one of the three slides works properly. - inconvenient times for changing beach and pool towels. I couldn’t understand why you could only change your towels after 3 PM - the rooms are quite small and only really designed for sleeping (family room). There are lots of other activities to do though so it’s not a problem if you don’t want the privacy of your own room.

Superb

The staff were attentive. There were different activities going on every day, which was a lot of fun. The meals were really delicious with lots of variation. It was nice that there were bars and a coffee shop and a snack corner.

There were cats running around and sometimes being annoying by trying to sit or walk close to you even in indoor places. English isn't very good there.

Food varieties was excellent. All staff are polite and willing to assist Beautiful hotel Indoor pool Close proximity to beach and souvenir shops.

We arrived after dinner was served. Despite asking days earlier, the hotel declined to keep snacks/food aside for us. Other hotels do it. Even though I booked a family room, my daughters room didn't have a door. Parking was outside the hotel though nothing happened to the rental car. Outdoor pool wasn't open. At times, apple/orange juice was diluted with water. It tastes like water. Seems to be a lot of street dogs and cats. Cats waltz into the dining room and are so bold, sometimes jump on your laps while eating.

Great hotel in an excellent location

The staff at the hotel are very helpful, the service is accompanied by a smile and courtesy. The hotel is clean and pleasant to stay in. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very central, close to shopping centers and transportation. The variety in the dining room is not great, but all the food is simply delicious and excellent. We enjoyed every moment.

We lacked entertainment in the lobby in the evening, even background music. Also, there is not much seating in the lobby and it is difficult to find a place to sit in the evening.

very clean , good location and freindly staff. amazing beach within walking distance or free bus.

they charged me extra as my child was 15 and i put 13 in error. they insisted on a extra 50 euros per night which was to high .

everything was nice. very clean, beach is close, and great for children, staff are very nice, foods are delicious.

the only thing is, that we checked out on 15th instead of 18th and the receptionist said that if we speak to Booking.com we will get our money back. however when we contacted Booking.com according to them the hotel refused to give our money back. i know it was our fault, but the fact that they said we have to speak to Booking.com and then they refused was a bit unprofessional and we had 4 rooms. other than that everything was nice and smooth.

In general we had a good staying in this location

All the facilities inside the hotel are great, the program during the day are very nice and the show in the evening is diverse and beautiful, we appreciate all this things.

I n Booking short presentation the hotel is presented as being beachfront but it isn’t, the pool with toboggans looks bigger in photos but is not, our family room looks bigger in photos as in reality.

Overall, a terrible experience.

Did not like anything

1. The food was not good. The hotel could have less quantity and variety of food, but compensate with better quality. It seemed worse than a school canteen. 2. The water at the beach was dirty with boat gasoline, the metallic structure for shade is very ugly and makes one feel that you are in a prison. We therefore had to rent a car a drive every day to another beach 20 minutes each way. 3. There were too many hotels next to each other, very crowded. 4. Lack of air conditioning in the corridors, so it was very hot inside the hotel common areas. 5. The WiFi quality was very poor, with some days without internet at all. 6. At night there was too much noise from the shows at our hotel and the other hotels right next to ours.

Everything was perfect. Staff, food, animators, cleanliness. Everything is at a high level. Thank you.

What I didn't like, has nothing to do with the hotel staff, but the guests. It's not right for someone to reserve 5 deckchairs even before breakfast, especially in the children's section (especially if they don't have any) and then we have no place. We only used one deckchair for us. 4th, because we didn't even spend time on them, and someone takes a few and doesn't stay on them either.

All in all a good holiday.

location and facilities were excellent; food was varied and good

Whilst all of the restaurant staff; bar staff and house keeping were excellent I found reception staff less helpful to English customers.

Superb

Best value for money. Accommodating and friendly staff. Variety of food. Soundproofed rooms with air-conditioning. We were looking for an affordable convenient hotel with the beach nearby without lavish and excessive features and not too far from the airport. This hotel exactly ticks all the boxes.

Ask for a quiet room if you looking for peaceful evenings. Given the area specific - the hotels are located close to each other - the night parties can be a bit disturbing sometimes.
