Excellent stay! Location couldn't be better. It's just 2 streets from Main St. and ski/hike in and out from the back door. The bedrooms were clean and spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The host was very responsive to questions and helpful.I will definitely come back next winter or summer.

Location right in the middle of Park Ave and Main St made this mini-family reunion so memorable. We hiked, biked, visited the Park Silly Market and enjoyed great restaurants together. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped. The 5 adults staying here were very comfortable.

Great spot right by downtown Park City. Walking distance to just about everything with hiking out back. Would love to check it out in the winter. Easy to work with host.

The location of this property was very convenient, and communication with Dave was prompt and helpful.That said, a few details could be improved. Some of the dishes and cups didn’t seem fully cleaned, and we noticed a couple of small things like hair ties on door knobs and some stains on the furniture. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and a different type of sheet might make for a better night’s sleep.We also didn’t realize that many homes in Park City don’t typically have air conditioning, so it was warmer indoors than we expected. Overall, it worked out fine for lodging, and with a little more attention to comfort and cleanliness, it could be a really great stay.
