The room was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Coffee and water were available at all times in the common area. Everything was perfect, and the staff was always available and ready to help. We had a wonderful experience!
Only the bathroom was a little small

Central to all locations . Around the corner from the Spanish steps . A shoppers heaven all the major brands .
The lift is quite small and outdated

The location was great.
The air con would only cool the room to 24 degrees even though we set it at 16. There was mould in the bathroom
