Loredana our receptionist was WONDERFUL! She was kind, helpful, and welcoming. She made us feel very comfortable. We appreciated her communication and easy check in process. Loredana helped arrange an early morning taxi for us and texted us when it was arriving. We greatly appreciated her assistance and smiles 😃.
The property is in an excellent location near Basilica San Pietro. There is AC in the room but we did not need it during our October visit.
The room was quiet and we did not hear outside noise when our terrace doors were closed. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed opening the balcony doors to get cross ventilation. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods in the room.
Roof terrace had a great view of St. Peter's Dome and the passage way on the top of the walls across the street. There was a really cute and clean play room for children. Washing machine was down the hallway but we didn't have time to use it.
The view from balcony in our room was a bit disappointing but it was still nice and refreshing to get outside air. It was not a deal breaker. The bathroom floor needed a bit more attention but overall the room was very clean.

Great location. Loredana was lovely and we really appreciated getting early access to our room after a long flight.
The air conditioning in our room didn't work and it was hot and very stuffy. We put up with it on the first night, but on the second day it became difficult to deal with. A different staff member was on duty and was not overly helpful. She did lend us a big fan. I was OK with it but my husband was dissatisfied with the level of service.
