TLDR; Very good location apartment with very uncomfortable beds
The best thing about the accommodation was the location—very close to the Vatican and the city center. It is situated on a relatively quiet, car-free street; however, there is a bar right beneath the bedroom windows, and since the apartment is on the first floor, you can hear everything. The amenities were decent—plenty of glasses and dishes, a microwave, and an electric kettle and so on —so you could even cook a meal. A mop and vacuum cleaner were also provided. Towels were available for everyone in the room. A baby cot was available for an extra charge of 40 euros. Overall good apartment :)
The worst thing about the apartment was definitely the beds. In Rome, you walk over 20,000 steps a day and get tired by evening, so a good bed for a restful sleep is the most important part of the accommodation. Unfortunately, these were spring mattresses and VERY uncomfortable; my wife, our parents, and I all slept poorly every night. Springs were poking out and digging into us in places, so we had to search for a position where we could actually sleep. On top of that, the beds creaked terribly—they made noise every time we turned over. Since a baby was sleeping near us, we didn't even want to move at night for fear of waking the little one up.
Speaking of noise—the air conditioning didn't work properly at all. It roared at night; without it, the room was hot, but when it was running, it didn't operate continuously or steadily—even in "night mode" or on the lowest fan setting. It would be running, then suddenly roar—*BAM POW BAM*—and the baby would be wide awake. It would kick on, roar, then shut off again. It was a very, very bad and noisy AC unit. I understand the whole unit was inside because of historic centre reasons, but omg it was bad. We have been in Paris, Malaga, or Sevilla where everywhere the units were inside because of historic cultural reasons, but were NEW and comfy, without too much wind, noise and way better, so the excuses about it dont matter to us. Add the noisy beds and the street noise from the bar beneath the windows to the mix...
We therefore recommend bringing earplugs, though that won't help the small baby much...

overall we enjoyed our stay in the appartment as the location to restaurants/bars/shops was great.
location to the vatican and surrounding attractions was great. in general kitchen was equipped with what was needed. beds were comfortable
duvets need to be thrown out and replaced by new ones. They were very badly stained. provide extra pillows in both bedroom. Hand rail needs to be installed in the bath for safety as side of bath quite high. Electric kettle for kitchen.

Being in the center of it all was a good ending to our Italian trip.
There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Rooms were spacious. The bed in the room with the long wardrobe cabinet, was a bit lumpy, but not enough to be uncomfortable. The unit had an open floor plan with living area, dining are and kitchen together. Everything was clean and almost complete. Location can’t be beat since it’s in the heart of the Vatican. There’s an elevator that brings you to the floor of your unit so our 5 luggages were easy to move.
Unfortunately, though the apartment decor boasted of good coffee, there was no coffee nor a coffee machine! It was very noticeable because all the accommodations we booked in our 2-week trip across Italy, had coffee and a coffee machine, usually a Nespresso, to boast of!

Excellent, happy and we really enjoyed our stay.
The location was excellent, just a walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica, to the bus stops, metro train, shops and restaurants and to major religious sites. We have everything we need in the apartment and it is very clean, spotless. Giancula, is a good host, very nice and approachable. There were 3 of us, and we find it also good value for money. We will return here, and we recommend this property to everyone.

Cómodo apartamento, con ascensor en excelente ubicación
Living comedor interno, sin luz natural. Manguera del duchador es muy corta para colgar y usar sin manos, lo que hace difícil ducharse sin mojártelo todo el baño.
