The location was fantastic. Right in the center of Ostuni! Staff was very friendly and made us an excellent breakfast

The lack of information regarding parking and the best way to drop our luggage nearby the hotel. Instead when we arrived many streets were completely jammed by the local market and event. We had to walk nearly 1 km dragging heavy suitcases in the heat. Also small details were missed...no bottle of champagne in the room as in the description and no (hand) soap in our bathroom/shower. The jacuzzi can be filled but the water stream is so small / low that it would take hours. Nothing was mentioned about that.

The staff in the breakfast building we very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was very good. Ostuni is a great location.The bus and trains are not expensive. Good value for food and drinks around the town.

As we were arriving late in the evening, we booked an airport transfer with Dama Bianca and they confirmed it was in place. However, the driver never showed up, and when we contact the owners, they eventually sent a message to say “arrange your own transport by taxi”. It was 11.30pm with two taxis left at airport one taxi asked for 100€ the other 80€. Dama Bianca Boutique Hotel is a collection of building dotted around a few streets. It was very difficult to find our building at midnight, we tried many doors before we found our self-check in key box, we requested directions from the owners but got no reply. We were very disappointed with the lack of service from Dama Bianca owners. Our building had a damaged sun bed on the roof terrace we did not have a pool inside or outside. The coffee machine did not work. The photos on the booking site are not valid for the building we got. As it is in the historic old city the buildings have extremely steep and narrow stairs, they are not suitable for kids or older guests.

The room is really lovely. Breakfast was okay. I just felt could be more variety of fruit. It was a really nice place and the location was just perfect. Staff was super friendly and very attentive.. really professional.

I had some mosquitos one of the nights. However, i mentioned and to the ladies in the morning they made some actions which it worked wonders! They were truly attentive making sure we had a pleasant stay.

Room was unique, great shower and comfy bed. Very quiet area and clean room.

A cockroach visited us in the night which can't be helped as the cave has lots of hiding holes. We didn't have any bathroom products until the second night when shampoo was left for us. The floor bath can't be warmed enough for it not to be a chilly sitting. The hot tub is a great addition but needs a clean.

The cleanliness, the appearance and the location

This was a super sexy, fun room. Had all the charm you’d ever want in a room. The floor pool was really fun, the sauna was great. Your a 3 minute walk from all the best areas and parking was pretty easy to find as well. The staff was always available and helpful and breakfast was always good.

Only issue was the Wifi was down when we were there.

Nice Location, good breakfast, staff very friendly and available to help and suggest nearest beaches. There is also a lovely terrace available to guests with a very spectacular view over Ostuni. Overall good place to stay in Ostuni.

Lots of stairs to get up the room, finding a spot for the car can be tricky.

Ideal spot for a relaxing weekend. The jacuzzi in the common area and the spa bath in our room were definitely the highlight of our stay. Convenient location in Ostuni, just a short walk from the historical centre. Staff were also very nice and available.

The room had a great stone ceiling.

The hotel is a ditributed structure within the old city of Ostuni. The rooms are actually part of houses on the streets of the old city. These houses are characterised by a steep and narrow stair to go from one floor to the next. The slope of the stair makes it very difficult to go from one room to the other, especially with a suitcase. The hotel was under renovation, the breakfast room was not operational (had to go to a nearby cafe' for breakfast), and it was understaffed. The reception was alwasy closed and had to phone to get service.

I liked the location. The room was super clean and comfortable.

The room Princess was in front of the street and we woke up several times starting from 6am because of cars and trash vans. Also, the bathroom has glass walls so not a lot of privacy. They didn’t have breakfast in place but they gave us a voucher to go to a local bay but the bar didn’t have a lot of choices to eat and we could only order one cappuccino and one croissant. Honestly for the payed price we expected a little bit more.

We bookd a Deluxe Suite with Whirlpool and the description was the following: "This suite features a pool with a view and a hot tub. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned suite features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath. This suite has soundproof walls, a minibar, flat-screen TV with cable channels, as well as wine/champagne for guests. The unit has 2 beds. " But what we got was a room in the basement, with a little window without curtain. There were just a bedroom and in front of the bed was the little whirlpool. We booked the room for two nights with breakfast but when we arrived we have been told, that the breakfast room is closed and we got vouchers for a bar where we had to walk 5 min. There we just got a coffee and a croissant! But on the homepage they promised a nice breakfast buffet, so we paid far to much with our booking. As the room was in a basement the room smelled strongly of moisture. We asked the reception if this is really our room we booked for 320.--CHF per night, and we were told that this is it. When we left the second day there was just the cleaning staff at the reception. We were very disappointed and this is certainly not a Boutique or Charming Hotel at all. We will not come back and can not recommend this hotel.

It was in a great location, very close to the old city. The 2 queen beds were comfortable. Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably with the pullout couch. The bedrooms don’t have doors, but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Parking is a bit tricky, but we found a spot on the street very close by (pay parking).

From the beginning, the staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever stayed in! The room we had was in a quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the center. There were many paid and free parking spots around, we managed to find several free spots by the park throughout our stay so that was very convenient!

The room was very musty and humid. We booked the room with the jacuzzi and despite our attempt at cleaning it twice it was FILTHY.. dirt kept coming out of the piping and that was the most disappointing part of our stay as we paid for that room for that particular feature. Also, the breakfast wasn't great as it was very limited for healthy options and it got boring real quick. And lastly, there was a small venting window way up high that didn't have blings so mornings were very disturbing.. we had to cover it with pillows. Regardless, we consider it a worthy stay but just keep these things in mind!

It looks absolutely gorgeous 🤍 i loved everything about it! You have everything you need in the apartment. If you want breakfast is very tasty and it costs 10€/person.

Free parking based on availability - surely never available if you have like ten buildings with guests. I was rudely directed back to the street to either paid parking or a bit of a walk to tricky free parking at best. The jacuzzi was 20 euros per person so not included. Drinks were outrageously expensive, like 3 euros for a small bottle of coke. But they're suggested as nice beverages for your comfort. Also the roof terrace was a mess, could not sit on the top floor.

Room was amazing, staff very helpful, breakfast delicious and good location.

Great location to the old town l.

Many issues with the suite. Bathroom is not private and the jacuzzi tub was not clean and when the jets were turned on it ejected debris. Wifi also did not work, was very expensive for what you got.

The property is unique with an in room pool and sauna. It is located on the edge of the historic city with lots (at the time we visited-mid June) of paid but not expensive parking very close. The staff were really helpful and the included breakfast very good.

We thought the property was very good and have no critical comments.

The staff were really friendly and gave swift advice on things to do in the town. Great to relax on the rooftop with access to the hottub which really added to the experience. Particularly good coffees and pastries at breakfast. The room had a very comfortable bed, AC was great and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Beers in the fridge was a nice touch.
