Excellent location right by Piazza Navona, with everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. We stayed 8 nights and would gladly stay here again.

We picked this hotel because it is located in our favorite area in Rome. Rooms were large. Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazing.
The difficulty in entering. A key card would be more helpful. We were afraid of our phone dying one time and not being able to enter.

Excellent location, well furnished room, perfectly clean, great staff, free capsule coffee in the room, free toileteries and slippers
Our room overlooked the dark courtyard behind the building. So room was a but dark, we needed to turn on lights during the day.
But you can open the windows and get fresh air.

The shower was good.
I thought we would get a balcony facing the river.
