Also has a washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen and granite counter tops, This unit offers 750 square feet of living space with an open floor plan. It has modern décor with a colorful beach vibe. The master suite features a king size bed and the living area hosts a queen size sleeper sofa. The hallway contains 2 small bunk beds (suitable for small children only). This cozy unit will sleep 6 and offers amenities, including a seasonally heated beachfront outdoor pool, elevator, BBQ area, exercise room, and 2 Individually controlled wall A/C units, Fantastic location only minutes away from: Pensacola Naval Base, restaurants, shopping, Lost Key Golf Course and deep-sea fishing. The condominium sits between the National Seashore with its beautiful Johnson Beach to the left and Perdido Key State Park to the right. Both are easy strolls along the beach. The World Famous Flora-Bama is only 5 miles away. Perfect for a family or a romantic getaway, this part of the emerald coast is serene, unspoiled and peaceful without the boisterousness of other over developed beaches. This smaller, no fuss complex provided the perfect QUIET Fall getaway. Everything was as advertised with a beautiful view from the balcony and just steps to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and the water was calm and clear turquoise. Saw schools of fish, stingrays and even a pod of dolphins. I didn’t want to leave!

This was our first visit to Perdido Key and both the condo and location were great. We loved the views from the balcony! We also liked that there were fewer people on the beach in this spot. Easy access to shops and restaurants too. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This condo is located in a great location if your wanting to be near all the excitement but don’t want to be right in the middle of it all. Nice view from the balcony of the beach and the condo itself was good. Would stay there again

My husband and I had a few days and decided to head down to the coast and decided on Perdido Key for the less crowded beaches and slower pace. This condo was the perfect place for us! Quiet, clean, safe,, comfortable bed, easy to get to, and a GORGEOUS view from the balcony! We enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony after walking the beach at sunset our first night. We loved our stay and just wish it could be longer.

Our first time in Perdido Key and we loved the condo. It was spacious and nice. The bunk beds are short, so they'd be perfect for smaller kids. Tammy was wonderful and so easy to work with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Tammy White’s condo VRBO was just as advertised & more. Stellar beachfront location, easy access to unit with adequate carts for moving supplies/luggage in & out & finally, great water pressure! But the best part was Tammy, her speedy response & friendly welcoming personality made our stay very special.

We found the condo very cosy and comfortable for a cool January stay. Check-in was seem-less, the unit had everything we needed. The owner was accessible to answer any questions. The tall chair on the balcony were perfect for viewing the beautiful beach.

We wanted an affordable beach getaway with a view and this place hit all the points! Fourth floor balcony overlooking the gulf made the sunrise and sunsets just prefect. Cozy and quiet was just what we wanted. Simple accomodations that had everything we needed. Clean bed, eat-in-kitchen, cable/wifi, washer/dryer and seating to relax on. Coffee on the balcony every morning, watching dolphins play in the soft waves warmed my soul. Close to EVERYTHING, we wined and dined and danced every evening. We will be back.

This condo is right on the water - spectacular view of The Gulf! Very quiet, located near restaurants. Publix is very close if you need supplies. Close by is Perdido Key Seafood - they will steam seafood while you wait and you can take it back to your condo for dinner. We love doing this! The condo was neat as a pin and stocked with everything we needed and then some. Tammy is an exceptional host - she responds practically immediately and is happy to answer any question. She even left us a welcome gift! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location, right on the beach. Beautiful view. Nice deck with good furniture. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Restaurants close by and convenient to shopping. We enjoyed our stay!

This seems to be an older building but it is in good condition. The owner said she was going to do some work right after we left. Overall, I would not hesitate to book this condo again.

Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had pertaining to the room, and keeping us up to date with hurricane Ian. Easy check-in & out, and within walking distance to some great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo and we will be staying here again.
