The kitchen is beautiful and functional with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops and an oversized pantry with Hardwood floors through out the home. Also located on the first floor, you’ll find a full-size laundry room with an extra-large capacity washer and dryer as well as a queen bedroom with its own private bath. First Floor- Queen bedroom (sleeps2) 2nd Floor- Master Bedroom King (sleeps 2) Guest Room King (sleeps 2) 3rd Floor- Queen bedroom & 2 twin beds (sleeps 4) Guest Room King & 2 twins (sleeps 4) Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and HGTV and is a popular destination for vacationers. It is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - OCTOBER 31 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). Weddings and receptions are not allowed at this property. *The garage is not available for guest use. Parking available for up to 2-4 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions. Pool heating can be added for $35 per day plus tax for your entire stay. As not what was advertised in pictures. Was told by the office I should have google mapped the address in the contract instead of going by pictures. Was suppose to be beach front with a bigger pool was not. Bathroom was not handicap accessible. House had sand all over I Clyde g on some of the beds. 3rd floor was hot and sometimes reached over 80*. Owner stated he would give me a refund but we would then have to find a place to stay there was 11 of us from Illinois. This was our kids/grandkids Christmas Thankfully they made the best of it. I was furious.

The house and location to the beach were amazing. You literally couldn't be closer. The little pool at the house was great. The larger community pool was really nice as well. The only thing i wish id understood a little better was regarding the 3rd floor bedrooms. The 5th bedroom is a fantastic bonus room. There is no privacy though if a couple were paying their share for a bedroom. It's perfect for a family with kids or teens up there. zYou walk up the stairs right into the bedroom and you walk through it to get to the other bedroom. The only other thing id wish id have known was that while you're swimming, someone can and will come up and start surf fishing right next to ya. I live in a state where you can surf fish in designated areas at designated times so it was a little strange to me but to each their own. I've just never encountered that anywhere else I've stayed over the past 11 years vacationing in this area. My family loved our vacation and everyone we encountered along the way from the community was very friendly.

The pool was just the right size for our small children to enjoy and the proximity to the beach made the one huge issue worth it. On night 3, we saw a cockroach scurry through the kitchen and back under the stove. On day 4, we saw one crawling on the wall in the living room, which we were able to kill. We saw one a day, at least, after that. We had babies playing on the floor so this was a major concern. We killed as many as we could, however, the appear to be living under the stove in the kitchen and we weren’t able to get every one. It was pretty gross.

The location could not be beat being right across the street to the Beach Entrance and central to all of Destin. Property was very clean upon arrival and the management company very responsive and friendly to an AC issue that we experienced. General Maintenance Condition of the house was acceptable but is in need of an interior painting especially in the dated bathrooms. We would book again!

The house provide space for the family as well as private space, both really needed when staying for more than three days, location is great with access to the beach a few steps from the front door, and bars and restaurants a waking distance.

The home is in a perfect spot for the beach. It was more affordable for us than other properties in the area. All amenities you expect are in the home . I did speak to the management the bed downstairs . The two bedrooms on the 2nd floor were very comfortable and spacious. The dryer was rusty . The mirror on the 3rd level bathroom needs to be replaced . You could say you get what your pay for.

Property has a ceiling leak on the second floor that caused water damage to 2 electronics, 1 has not recovered and to some luggage. Reported this but no concerns to out personal property due to properties failure. AC was hard to figure out and was not mentioned until I mentioned to the property management. Also thought we were suppose to have access to the items in the garag? There was no way to get in. This place is way over priced and has water damage that ruined some items of ours. NOT worth the stay!!

Graduation celebration
Southern Comfort was perfect for our 2 families celebrating our graduates. House was directly across from the beach access and slept all 11 of our guest comfortably. The kids loved the pool to enjoy after coming back from the beach.

We had never stayed in Miramar Beach before. The house is in a fantastic central location with beach access directly across the street. It's very convenient. Although the house was fairly nice there was a lot of detail work that needed to be done. Repairs of weather strippings falling off doors, lights that didn't work, furniture that needed to be replaced etc. For what we paid for this place, I expected better. Again, the location was fantastic but they should not be charging this much money for this rental.

Thanksgiving with Family
We had a great stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house comfortably accommodated our party of 9, ranging in age from 6 to old. The beach access is located directly across the street and was as convenient as any beachfront house I've stayed at in the past. Highly recommended!
