Goin' Coastal is the perfect beach front home when you need to escape and "get away from it all" ! Open concept living allows for waterviews from every room... each bedroom even has it's own balcony with water view. Sliders from the main floor great room open onto a large private deck with plenty of room for dining and sunbathing as well as a private dune cross-over leading directly to the Gulf. A convenient half bath is on the main floor along with a queen bedroom that has extra sleeping for 2 on a pull out trundle couch. There is also a private full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Upstairs is the large king-sized primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Luxury awaits you with a jetted tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. Wake up to Gulf views from the private balcony just beyond the black-out shades. Sip your morning coffee while the dolphins are starting to play. Just down the hall are 2 additional queen-sized bedrooms with balconies and a full shared bath. This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25. Rinse off under the outdoor shower after a day of relaxing on the beach and store your beach gear in the private locked closet. Grill your catch on the charcoal grill and dine in the under the stars. There is plenty of parking as well as a covered spot for 2 cars. Goin' Coastal is in the same complex as The Sea & The Stars and Bright Sands if your group needs multiple units! Plan to spend your vacation "going a little coastal". There is nothing between you and the emerald green waters, but the sand! NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/25/24-8/2/24. This is our 2nd time to stay in this townhouse - it is definitely one of our favorite rentals in Navarre Beach. The property is gorgeous, exceptionally clean, and loaded with amenities. You cannot beat the view and location - simply the best to view both sunrise and sunset and everything in between!! Blue Moon is an exceptional rental company - they are so accommodating and extremely easy to work with. You absolutely cannot go wrong with Goin' Coastal and Blue Moon !!

It was perfect for spring great for my family of four but we could easily have 8. Furnishings great. Kitchen well equipped. Would have liked a grill downstairs but not deal breaker. Dog loved it even though she isn't allowed on beach.

We had a wonderful family vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The good: Offered early check-in! Check-in process and communication leading up to the stay was STELLAR. I was nervous about the location being between 2 other townhomes but literally did not hear a peep from either side. There is a new walkway to the beach for this unit - was solid. Possibly the easiest trek to the beach we've had. The shower outside is fully enclosed/private - nice treat. Everything appeared to be in working condition.
Our challenges: This is a keyed home. Sounds silly but I prefer the keypads for convenience. The bedrooms (besides the master) are very tight. The en suite bathroom in the main floor bedroom is hilariously small. We did experience quite a few internet connectivity issues. There were a few missing items in the kitchen - broken hand can opener, no wine opener.
Of my opportunities listed - did I contact maintenance. NO. These were not huge issues and it was Thanksgiving week. Now there was one issue we did contact for -
The first night - and every night thereafter - except for in the master bedroom (where we run a sound machine) there was a train-decibel level HOWL. This woke up 6 people in those 3 bedrooms and living room every night of our stay. For hours. I contacted the owner/maintenance. We were told it's from a wind tunnel under the home - that it impacts all 4 units but some find it calming knowing it's an ocean wind. We've stayed in other properties on the same beach - same structure. NEVER heard a roar like this.
Overall, excellent service, nice townhome, wonderful location. But we couldn't stay there again due to the nighttime noise. We are sleepers! :)

Very nice property. We would like to return, however we were expecting to use the elevator due to some physical restraints by a couple of our family members and it was a hardship trying to get our luggage and supplies up the steep stairs. It was not mentioned to us that the elevator was an extra deposit which upon learning that when we arrived we were glad to pay, but then they informed us that the elevator was not operational. We managed with all the family pitching in but we would have never rented if we knew we would not have access to the elevator. It's a great porperty for anyone without physical limitations.

Fabulous Townhome !!
We loved this property - the location and layout of the townhouse was perfect. The beaches were not crowded and the beach was pristine ! The beds were so comfortable and the elevator made it so easy to take luggage and groceries up. We will def be back !!

The condo was perfectly clean, and it was beautifully decorated. It was very nicely stocked with kitchen supplies, extra bedding and even some beach items. The condo had 4 units and was very quiet. The location right on the beach was perfect, and we could see the bay out of the front window. The beach was not crowded at all.
