Nestled in North Redington Beach, this charming house for $310 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Stunning views and easy beach access make this waterfront (2,600 sq ft living space, 3,000 sq ft total, 3 bedroom / 3 bath) Townhome perfect for families and close friends. This property is truly best of the beach and the bay. Feel right at home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, outdoor grill, docks for fishing and your boat, Wifi and cable TV, washer/dryer, and garage parking. Venture out to our world-famous white-sand beaches, great restaurants (including our pick for the best Grouper sandwich in Florida), charming shops, local fish-market, and colorful beach bars, all within a short walk. The townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 formal bedrooms on the third floor, each with a high-end queen size memory foam bed. To expand sleeping option for larger groups, there is a 4th full bed on the second floor next to the kitchen, and we can provide 2 roll out cots with linens upon request. SNOW BIRDS: Rates are discounted for multi-week stays. PET OWNERS: We consider pets on a case by case basis. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area. With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer. On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view. The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse. The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Our family has been welcoming guests to Redington Shores now for almost 40 years. Locals and some long-time return guests may still remember the charm of the old Sinbad Motel owned by our grandparents from the time when going to the beach meant putting a family in the car, stopping at a place that felt right, and enjoying a care-free week at the water. The property was re-imagined as The Emilia Town-homes in 2008. Guests can now experience the best of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf beaches with over 3000 square feet of Mediterranean-themed space to call (vacation) home. Enjoyed Thanksgiving week in style. Beach Golf and a wonderful home base. Two of three children now live in Tampa-Bay so spending Thanksgiving in the area was perfect. Perhaps we will return as we really like the property. All the best! Thanks again.

We enjoyed the house very much. Could use a vacuum on location as we had to clean before leaving and brooming the whole house was a lot. Unsure if cleaning fee inclusion means we have to clean before we left as well. The price seemed decent at first but noticed the neighbours were paying less. All in all though great place, great location.

We are a blended family and this was our first vacation with all our kids and grandkids. The townhome was perfect for as many people as we had staying. Beach access was directly across the street. The beach community at Redington Shores is quiet and the beach wasn’t packed with too many people. We were able to fish from the backyard in the bay and watched a family of dolphins every morning come close to the docks. Only thing I’d really change is have curtains or long blinds for the living room. It could be really bright during the morning. Overall, it was a great place for vacation. We’d stay again.

This was a nice property and had plenty of room for our family of 6. No garage door opener was a bit of an inconvenience as someone had to always get out and go in to open the door. The 74 minimum temp on the air conditioner was not cool enough for upstairs bedrooms.

Super spacious townhome, clean and wonderfully located. Short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous views of the bay from the balconies. Plenty of seating in the living and dining room for a big group. Only dings....beds are soft, kitchen Teflon pans are pretty worn. On the plus side, lots of beach equipment left by others even though rental agreement does not guarantee this. We'd definitely book again!
