The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. Other things to Note Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay. House Rules No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival. Interaction with Guests Guests have complete access to our home. Spacious, clean, villa in secure, gated community that is centrally located between Old Town La Quinta and El Paseo in Palm Desert. Unit was perfect for our stay. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

My family and I went to legacy to celebrate my bday. It was wonderful as always. The house was perfect for our needs and accommodated very well all of us. Greg was great answering my question. I've been to legacy several times and I think this house was the one of the best so far. Everything worked perfectly. We had BBQ GRILL, for me is one of most important thing in a house, would come back to this unit for sure. Thank you!

I have stayed at the Legacy Villas before and this was the best location. Steps from the pool that made it easy with young kids to go back and forth. The Villa had everything you would need and even better it was on the bottom floor. All of the streaming services were also a huge plus and having three bathrooms, two of them masters, was very convenient. We will be booking this Villa again!

We enjoyed our stay- the unit needs an upgrade, but Greg the Manager was very accommodating and helped us with some of our requests. The grounds are beautiful and lush, and the area is lively. Hope to return soon!

I rented condo for a moms getaway it was perfect for 6 of us. Condo was beautiful, spacious, clean, sunny, stocked with supplies, sunny, steps away from pool, great service and Michelle was wonderful and so helpful! We all loved the whole resort.
