The Uptown Theatre, The "Blue Note", Oxbow Marketplace, Napa Wine Train, over 25 downtown Wine Tasting Rooms, 6 Micro Brews, great shopping and dozens of restaurants including some of the finest dining in the Napa Valley, are all just steps away from this well appointed, private residence. Conveniently located between Rt 29 and Silverado Trail, De Mar House is a 5 minute drive to some wonderful vineyards and views. At the end of the day park the car, enjoy Downtown, and reflect on the day as you relax on the covered front porch. Dine in, and take advantage of numerous culinary markets. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 1)If you cancel for any reason up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be kept. Cancellations that are less than 30 days before arrival total deposit will be non-refundable, unless rebooked. A $25.00 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. 1a) If cancellation is required due to Covid 19 mandates, and closures, or area wildfires cause the same, all monies paid will be applied to a future visit with no blackout dates, expiration or incurred fees.
