Relaxed location only a 10 minute walk to the vaporetto station.
Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Breakfast was great with good quality produce and lots of variety.
Nothing major. It just would have been nice to have coffee and tea to go with the kettle they provided.

Great location, car ferry , water taxi and bus stops right next to property
Bar was often not staffed and some staff seemed very inexperienced. Pool was quite small considering the amount of guests.

Reception staff were extremely knowledgable about options to airport and the local area. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The overall ambience was relaxing and inviting.
I found that the bar at the front outside of the venue was often not staffed. This meant I had to go to reception to request for someone to supply a beverage when by the pool or the bar area.

The hotel wax clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard.
Room was musty on arrival and very tired. Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable for both guest. Had to turn air conditioning off as it sounded like an engine running.Not a comfortable stay
