Great location for visiting the Biennale. We had a room at the back where we enjoyed the quiet nights. The host Giovanni and the cleaning lady are both very friendly and helpful. As the Rosa dei Venti does not offer breakfast it was great to have a place serving breakfast and excellent coffee just next door. There are many restaurants nearby as well.

Location fantastic if you are interested in visiting Biennale of Art and getting the boat to Venezia Lido for the movie festival. Close also to the traditional and for locals restaurant.

Friendly staff and great coffee, beautiful reception / breakfast area.
Hard to find, not enough space to sit on toilet properly, flickering light in bathroom, room very hot - air con not working, no one available at checkout to pay city tax to.
