Really nice staff. Hotel very clean and I like the roof size and decor
Not much to moan about. It’s not situated in a very picturesque area but it’s handy location for the train station.

We arrived very late after a delayed flight, so were grateful for a quick check-in and a comfortable bed in a pleasant room. We stayed just one night, but it answered all our needs, and everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for the airport on arrival and the train station on departure.
It was all too short!

Excellent staff, accommodating to requests, good room size and clean
Location is somehow not ideal, main touristic streets are 30m away … the area is not unsafe but not the nicest part of town, particularly late at night. Old and noisy hairdryer

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating area. Bed was comfy, had a good sleep. Breakfast outdoors was nice. Very close to Pisa train station.
Quite expensive for what it was. Old fashioned and a bit run down. Floor in room was uneven, I almost tripped going to the toilet in the night. Bathroom was basic, shower was tiny.
