Communication before the stay had been excellent. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff had been welcoming and the gardens are very pretty

If you want somewhere that is basic, a welcome by a nun when you arrive, in a great location in Pisa , makes you feel safe, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, modern en-suite with beautiful gardens then stay here. If you normally stay 3/4 star then don’t stay n then complain about it. It’s a working convent with nuns it’s basic, it’s so clean but not for everyone. The breakfast was basic, bread jam, cake, yogurt, coffee, juice and yes as many have pointed out croissants wrapped in plastic, could it be better probably with an egg r cheese but again its basic but does the job. I can’t not believe some of the comments that’s have been written on its reviews. Again its a working convent

The location was perfect and for the cost of the room everything was as we had expected.
There could have been a slightly better choice at breakfast eg a basic cereal choice would have been good. Also, breakfast was busy with guests and the staff were slow to replenish when things were running low which meant that some guests had little or no choice.
