This hotel is a delight. The staff are great, they cant do enough for you. The food is amazing. Also a nice size gym and spa.
The only slight thing would be its a bit of a walk from town, but there are plenty of buses. We always walked and taxis are easily arranged at the hotel. Ours were always spot on time.

breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection with creamy Guernsey Butter
I loved dinner at the restaurant the featherblade with mash - meat was so soft it melted away; amazing presentation & taste was excellent.... the price was brilliant considering i felt i had just eaten 3 steaks.
Pillows - they did smell a little - please change these (especially in rm 214

Great hotel, location walkable from centre of St Peter Port, ample free parking, good spa facilities, modern design touches, clean
Very noisy event at the on site restaurant that went on late, then woken by music in the morning. Very poor night's sleep.
