The staff members were very welcoming and friendly. It was quiet at night for sleeping. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and a longer time frame if you wanted to sleep in a bit more. There was always an option to get something to eat at any time of day. Lots of lovely lounge areas to sit and have drink. And the gardens were impressive.

Great staff, good facilities
Long walk up a steep hill to get to the property on foot

Beautiful setting with gardens and patio. Nice restaurant for breakfast (we don’t eat there otherwise. Great location for exploring St Peter Port. Nice staff.
Our beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were soft and thin, so good sleeps were difficult to get.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room and public areas
The television kept losing signal, the ensuite was quite small, the shower head kept falling down and the mirror was very low.
