Exceptionally clean and comfortable villa, fully furnished and perfectly equipped for self-catering accommodation. Great shower with strong water pressure, traditional Italian coffee machine, soft towels plus additional pool towels. Heating and AC. Well working WiFi, ability to connect your own Netflix etc. Windows everywhere! Private location, peaceful and beautiful countryside, great hosts who reached out to us during storm before we reached out to them. We felt well cared for. Absolutely unbelievable holidays - our first ever self catering as we usually stay in high end boutique hotels and yet it exceeded our expectations. 50 mins from Siena, which outshines Florence in architecture and smaller crowds, 40 mins from Florence. 10 mins from the nearest town with plethora of great restaurants and a supermarket. I almost don't want to share my review to keep It for myself. The picture of the buildings from outside suggests much smaller and less impressive accommodation but that's very misleading. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the smaller building which was like a full size home. The terrace is amazing with many great breakfast overlooking the vineyard were had. And if you're looking for complete silence, away from civilisation, this is the place to run away to and recharge for the next busy year. We stayed in September when the daily temperature was oscillating between 25 and 29 degrees. Hot but pleasant with September sun of a different quality than the summer months.

Struttura molto bella, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta, ideale per chi cerca relax e vuole staccare dalla quotidianità. Dotata di tutti i comfort, compresi piscina e barbecue, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un ambiente curato, rilassante e davvero piacevole.

Staying at Villa Pian de Noci was simply magical. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for an authentic Tuscan atmosphere, peace, and breathtaking views. The property is situated in a picturesque, quiet location among rolling hills, making it an ideal base for exploring the charming towns of the Chianti region.
The villa is exceptionally clean, spacious, tastefully designed with great attention to detail, and fully equipped. The beautifully maintained grounds and the swimming pool overlooking the countryside made relaxing after a day of exploring an absolute joy. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, warm, and helpful every step of the way. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!
A small tip for future guests: during the summer season, make sure to bring a good mosquito repellent, especially for relaxing in the garden or by the pool in the evening!
