About this house rental
Nestled in Rosemary Beach, this lovely house for $645 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Colorful, Whimsical, FUN: Rosemary Thyme, IN ROSEMARY is a home that is enjoyed by all ages and is perfect for couples and families. The Beach is a 5 minute walk down a shaded boardwalk; complete with 4 Bikes, Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, Gear, Toys, Grill! Onsite parking and a Private courtyard. The spacious first floor is perfectly arranged for relaxing on the couch/TV watching, conversations, cooking fabulous meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoying family meals at the dining table. Wherever you are, you are still connected to everyone. . .which, after all, isn't 'together time' what vacations are for?!!! Rosemary Thyme's kitchen is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, an ice-maker. The hardwood floors are made from reclaimed Indonesian Teak. The high ceilings add to the spacious feeling. The living room, dining area and sitting areas are comfortably furnished with an eclectic mix of new and vintage furniture, as well as some custom-designed specifically for this home. The laidback mix of furniture and decor will have you relaxing right away! There are two fireplaces: one in the living room and the other is outside. Relax on the porches, while listening to the fountain and the birds. There's plenty of seating on the porch and in the courtyard for morning coffee, afternoon wine sipping or dining under the stars! On the second floor, there is a living room for TV watching or visiting and another porch with a table and chairs, hammock and a Balinese bench - perfect for a quiet book, art or playing board games with the family. The second floor sofa is also a comfortable Queen size bed. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, side tables, lamps, an oversized armoire and full bath with a tiled walk-in shower. There is a private balcony outside of the Master with a table and two chairs. The other two bedrooms have Queen beds which are uniquely designed, similar to a captain's bed, to maximize the floor space in each room. Each Bedroom has a closet, drawers under the bed, shelves, a lamp, a chair and unique decor. There is also a cozy Twin bed at the top of the stairs and a second full bathroom upstairs. Rosemary Thyme is centrally located, but still private, in the beautiful town of Rosemary Beach. Just a 30 second walk to the N. Barrett Square restaurants and shops and a 5 minute walk, down a shaded boardwalk, to the Beach. Rosemary Beach has been voted a top beach vacation destination spot. It has emerald green and aqua water and some of the whitest and softest sand in the world! At Rosemary Thyme you and your family will make Unforgettable Memories!

This property was beautiful with every detail carefully, lovingly thought through. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. The space was great. The furniture was comfy and clean. My favorite was relaxing on the screened in porch each night.
The walk to the beach was easy! Pack light because hauling the wagon can be a chore. The one thing I didn’t realize was that there was only a very small space on the beach if you weren’t planning to rent chairs, and the “public” (ie. Not Black Pearl or Rosemary chair rentals) isn’t allowed to set up in the area of the rentals, which is most of the beach.
You really don’t have to leave the community once you have groceries. It’s all in walking distance - great restaurants, ice cream, shopping, coffee.
If you chose to, there are several state parks within 10-15 minutes of the house. We enjoyed Camp Helen State Park and visited Eden Garden.
Rhonda was an excellent host! We talked before I arrived, and she shared about herself and the property as well as tried to get to know a little about my mom and me. It felt like I was talking to a friend. She had a kind card left for us when we arrived. Very sweet and welcoming!
I’ll definitely be back with the rest of my family.

We loved our stay at Rosemary Thyme! Communication with Rhonda was fantastic! You really feel like a guest in her home, not just a vacation renter. Some of our favorite things were the great outdoor space and the fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a fantastic location in Rosemary, very centrally located to Barrett Square, and we made great use of the provided bikes! We rode them all over Rosemary and down to the beach every day. We definitely want to stay here again!

We enjoyed this house. Tons of fans which help dry line drying clothes and help to keep cool. Straight walk to walkover. The home owner responded quickly when I had a few questions prior and during our stay. She is very nice. It is the only place we have stayed in that had sufficient pans including lids, mixing bowls etc. It was comfortable.

We had a fabulous stay at Rhonda’s home. She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. House was perfect location and had everything you needed! It was so easy to get to the beach with kids with the beach towels, chairs and toys already included for you. There is a wagon to roll everything down to the beach. We enjoyed every minute of the vacay! Thanks so much!

We have stayed at Rosemary for 14 years, and never at the same place, mainly because of poor planning on my part. There really isn’t a bad place to stay there, but this place is special for so many cool reasons.
From the games or spice cabinet to the beach towels, or the bikes and all of the beach accessories it feels like you are staying with a trusted friend who wants to ensure you have everything you need. There are a lot of beautiful, stark white homes in the area, but this felt like they had just spent a month in Bali before they decorated it. So many beautiful textures and colors make you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. All communication was so genuine and kind, you can tell they are invested in you having a great experience! The location is perfect, I have stayed on both sides of 30 A and unless you are on the beach itself it doesn’t matter. This home is two minutes from ice cream, shopping, and restaurants and a five minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to anything else you could possibly need. The home was exceptionally quiet also, even the adults could sleep in if they wanted to! we will book this home again, without a doubt!

The house was perfect for our adult getaway. What we really loved about the house is all the bedrooms had queen size bed instead of having a room with twin size. What a great community. It was our first trip to Rosemary beach, the teenage boys were the drivers behind the destination. I was originally disappointed I couldn't find a property directly on the beach, it made no difference at all. Picture an adorable European village. Small, tight tree lined streets. Everything perfectly thought out in terms of layout and accessibility. Everyone walking or riding bikes. We parked the car and only used it once to run to the grocery store, which is about a mile away. The house was perfect, everything we needed for our trip was provided. 6-8 beach chairs, 5 bikes and a beach wagon. The savings from those items alone was probably close to $1,000. Rhonda was the perfect host, ensuring we had all of our needs met, she was more then accessible, wasn't bothered at all by questions and replied right away. The kitchen is beyond stocked, every cooking utensil you need is in there somewhere. The community reminds me of being a kid, people out and about, being friendly, shopping, eating, being playful. Oddly enough, one of the best parts of the trip was walking/biking from place to place. Seacrest Sundries, a little mom and pop grocery/general goods store, they have the best chicken strips I've ever eaten. I'm not even a huge fan of those things but these were fantastic. Between the 7 of us I bet we spent $300 on chicken strips for the week. Rosemary beach and the community is a special place, such a great trip.

Well appointed, great location within walking distance of everything Rosemary Beach has to offer, perfect gathering spaces both indoors and out, and great extra amenities such as bikes and beach equipment which saves on extra rental fees. Rhonda was a pleasure to correspond with and easily available to answer any and all questions. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Hope to come again!

Rhonda is an amazing host. She made she we had everything we needed, and even let us know when we could access the property a half hour early when we were in town earlier than expected with a hot and cranky toddler! We had a beautiful vacation and the location of this home can’t be beat! Steps from ice cream, donuts, coffee, shopping, and of course the beach!

Great hostess and amazing home
What an amazing home with plenty of space for 7. As advertised with so much more…everything you need from a light breakfast to platters and stemware for a luxurious evening in. Wonderful communication with the owner before, during, and after. Guest book on-site confirms what we already knew…we will be staying again! Thank you so much for sharing…we had a great “thyme”.

Magical trip!
This was our family’s first trip to Rosemary Beach and it could not have been more magical. We intentionally packed light for this trip and it worked out great because Rosemary Thyme had everything we could possibly need, including bikes and beach gear. The location was perfect, the fire place was awesome, and we just can’t say enough about our stay. Thank you!
