About this house rental
Located in quiet court approximately 1km to town and beach front. This property gives you the privacy to enjoy your holiday or weekend away. Three bedrooms sunny bathroom, open plan living and great back yard for a summer BBQ. The house sleeps up to 6 adults in 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. all linen is provided. Open plan kitchen and dining, lounge area with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A 15 minute stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants, beach, with Bellarine wineries just a short drive and Portarlington Golf Course who also provide a free shuttle door to door. Large outdoor area for entertaining and just relaxing in the sun. Large TV, DVD air conditioner for the summer and gas heater ensure you are comfortable in all conditions.

Clean and bright roomy home with great kitchen facilities. Home has 2 toilets so having the one bathroom was not a problem. Will definitely book again

K&M Beach House was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 children. The garden and tree house were very popular and we enjoyed eating outside. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The kitchen/dinning/living area was spacious and although there is only one bathroom, the second toilet made it very manageable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a lovely little Easter break here in PortArlington. Our kids loved the garden, with its great little treehouse and hammock. It was fantastic for egg hunt, and love the Sweet little undercover outdoor space. We would have loved to use the bbq and fire pit, had the rain stayed away a bit more!
Very comfy beds, and fab well stocked kitchen. For other parents of young kids, we enjoyed a visit to the famous bakery (kids play out the back) and fab playground in the town, plus the little railway 😊

We had a fantastic beach break. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had modern appliances and the staples on the pantry were very welcome. The backyard is fantastic for kids. My so adored the treehouse and hammock. All the trees provided a lovely outdoor setting. Kaye was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The house is in a quiet court and a short drive to the beach and town centre. Great location. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks Kaye for a great family holiday.

Lovely home in gorgeous seaside spot
So happy to have finished our family trip around Victoria in this lovely, well appointed home. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean throughout, cute garden and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Chocolates for us on arrival - a thoughtful touch.

Second time back to this conveniently located and quiet property. Easy check in, great views of the bay and lovely cool and breezy outdoor area for bbq and outdoor eating/ entertaining. Lovely linen and towels. Very comfortable.

Fantastic property for adults and kids. Has everything you need and has a super kid friendly backyard. The 2 toilets is a bonus. A screen door for the front door would be nice to not let bugs in as the breeze is beautiful.

It was a lovely weekend away for our family. The house is very cozy and comfortable.Our highlight was the little tree house and the hammock. Kaye is very friendly and communication was very smooth. I would recommend this house if you are looking for a comfortable stay closer to the beach
