Great Location in a pedestrian zone/shopping district. Close proximity to the lake. Fantastic staff.
Everything was very clean, the hotel is a well maintained time capsule. Simple hotel in a fantastic location.

The hotel is centrally located and clean.
I stayed at this hotel for one night while attending a conference in Lugano. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud noise coming from the floor below from 8 PM until 5 AM, and I couldn’t sleep at all.
The reception is in a separate building and closes at 11 PM, so there was nobody to contact during the night. I asked twice for the noise to stop but was ignored. I even called the police, but they said they couldn’t intervene because it was private property.
Really disappointing experience. If something happens during the night, you’re completely on your own. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
