Great location. We arrived by train and it was a quick funicular trip down from the station and the hotel is right there. Rooms are small but they have everything you need. The staff are super helpful and we even received blocks of Swiss chocolate on arrival, which was a nice touch.

We arrived by bus at the train station. Found the hotel down the significant hill in old town. Initially we were concerned about climbing all the steps back up to the train station in the morning but we were relieved to find the hotel at the start of the funicular with direct transfer to the train station. The entrance is hidden behind the funicular station so a bit hard to find. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning before the 5 minute ride up to the train station.
