Close to the Queensway tube station, and large room.

The value, comfort, and staff were standouts. The breakfast was solid with enough options. The rooms are dated, but charming, with space and functionality for a pleasant stay. I regularly stay in this area of London and consider it quite good, with Hyde Park, services, and two of the essential tube lines steps away.

Great location, very good value for money. Rooms basic but exactly what was needed and expected for the price. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

Location perfect
A noise like an alarm seemingly coming from the aircon unit even when off and same noise could be heard from other rooms that happened every 20 minutes so not a good night’s sleep. Very limited toiletries and main lights in room did not appear to work.
