Average hotel in London. The room wasn’t too small for the price and the bathroom was quite modern. Very good location in Paddington
The bed was comfortable but extremely small

Outstanding customer service from staff, they accommodated all requests and made my daughter’s birthday very special.
Easy location from Paddington & Queensway. Welcoming and easy to use. Very comfy beds! Will absolutely be staying here again.
Bathrooms could use an update or some polishing but the towels were clean and plenty, great amenities and easy to use.
