This is a cost efficient way to sleep up to 8 family members, past roommates, or old school buddies, whomever it may be your group will benefit from this rental specifically! Not only does it have bedding arrangements to sleep up to a party of eight (with some furniture rearrangement), but it also features a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and wireless Internet too! The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 King bed, 2nd bedroom - 2 Full beds. Two Sleeper sofa in the living room. We four stayed for one week this October and enjoyed it very much. Thankful for the updated kitchen appliances and nice living room furniture, as well as master bed and bath. Twin bed in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced...seems broken. It slanted. Balcony furniture nice except for plastic chaise lounge chair. Broken so did not use.

There were several maintenance issues with the unit, not to mention the walkway to the beach was out the entire visit despite being worked on a little bit each day. I thought it would be done within a day or two. It was still out when we left. The property manager I spoke with wasn't exactly on her game.

Good place to stay. It was clean and the property was nice with great beach access. Like most older condos, it needs updating. Not a fan of carpet at the beach.

The property was very nice and clean! The view of the gulf was fantastic! The furniture on the balcony in the listing is different than the actual furniture at the property. In the picture there is an outside table with tall chairs. At the property there's a couch, a chair, and a side table. We were looking forward to eating at the table on the deck with the view from the taller chairs. The other chairs work they just not what we were expecting. But would definitely stay again!

There are two twin beds, one king bed, and 2 pullout beds. The king and two twins need to be replaced. You can feel the springs on the twin beds and the king bed feels like a trampoline. Also, there were no blankets for the pullout beds and no pillowcases for the extra pillows. We didn’t know there was no blankets for the pullout beds until late at night and everything was closed. My kids had no blanket to sleep with on the first night. Other than sleeping issues, the place was the perfect size. Great location. I would stay here again if the beds were replaced.

Our experience was great except for the sofa beds that were so out of date that for my older kids we had to go and purchase 2 different air mattresses so that they could sleep on the floor. They need to be updated or replaced. Other than that everything was great.

We took advantage of the golf, dolphin cruise and of course the beach chairs. Beach staff was very friendly and helpful.
A couple of minor inconveniences - one elevator out of order, lack of carts for big items and construction noise during the day.

The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. We loved the outdoor seating as well. The reason we picked this unit is because we had 4 teenagers and needed the bed space. This had two sleeper sofas and two twins so it was perfect. My one complaint is that I had talked to Brooks and Shorey to ensure both couches would be able to pull out and slept on. Upon arrival we found they did not provide sheets for both couches. We arrived at 6 pm the day we checked in and housekeeping was closed for the day. I was told they would bring sheets the next day but nobody attempted to come by or call. We had to run out and buy sheets. They should not advertise two sleeper sofas and not provide sheets or at least list you need to bring your own. That would have saved us a trip out after a long drive to get there.
