Ziemlich überteuert, nicht sauber, Küche nicht komplett ausgestattet, Spa kaputt, Blick auf und Sound von Klimaanlage direkt gegenüber dem Balkon, Sperrmüll vor der Tür gibt Gefühl von ramschiger Unterkunft

Very Stressful - Inconvenient , frustrating & insulting as I was treated like I would damage

It was quiet and comfy bed clean room

*Had trouble all night trying to get Netflix that was supposed to be free could NOT connect .i even called the Technical support! *When I arrived it was extremely frustrating - as I had trouble with parking . There were no park spots spent 30mins looking for a spot! I parked over the bridge and walked back over the bridge to sign into Reception! *I needed to sign into Reception . Ended up going around and around and then ended up on a bridge 1 klm and parked there- then walked back over bridge to sign in & then they insisted I pay an extra $200 with credit card !! I didn’t have that !! Very embarrassing and will not go back . *2 Seats in Reception foyer had dirty food marks and looked like never cleaned ! I hesitated to sit in

Clean and convenient, but a bit noisy.

Nice clean apartment, good size. Nice modern kitchen. Conveniences nearby and short walk to South Bank. The balcony chairs were new too as they still had the sale tags hanging on them.

Very close to the railway track and major traffic roads so quite noisy. Very small bathroom. The common rooftop terrace was neglected too with weathered furnature, torn cushions, both spas out of order etc.

till 2 am 2 nights in a row guest singing, very loud&good i shell say, but i had to be up early :/

this time they give me 2 bedrooms instead of one, very clean all throughout after my last review probably... have a recording of great singing on my phone ;)

one extra room had a horrible smell of cat piss, even though it was spotlessly clean, then I realised why I had this upgrade. I just locked it with windows open and it didn't bother me for the rest of my stay.

Perfect location, roomy apartments - will stay here again

In Brisbane for a charity riding event, five friends stayed across two apartments in this perfectly-located building. The apartments were spacious, had all we needed and the rooftop space was lovely for an after-ride champagne. Right on top of South Bank restaurants, walking paths and various cultural opportunities, it was perfect for us.

Despite booking two rooms together. we were placed across different floors and security meant we could not visit each other. This was problematic a few times. The building is probably showing some wear and tear.

Great location, was comforatble for most aspects of the stay and staff were helpful.

The location of the apartment was great for all the activites we wanted to do. It was big enough with good facilities, which met my expectations.

Parking was very hard, spaces did not cater for large family cars. Reading previous reviews I will agree that the couch (seating areas) needed replacing.

Walked in there was damaged all over the walls, coffee table, bedside tables and no bedside lights plus it was very dirty. Nothing like the photos they have on Booking.com.

Pleasantly surprised and the location was great for south bank

Reception staff were very good. Parking was only $10 a night. Unit was comfortable.

Good stay, needed a good clean

Good location and nice living area

Mould within the bathroom area and a lot of bugs. Not enough plates and glasses for use.

Won't stay again

Short walk to southbank. Rooftop deck had a great view.

Waited at check-in for half an hour for anyone to arrive at the desk. Living space was so uncomfortable we didn't want to spend any time in it. No cushions or even padding in the back of our 1 couch (for 4 people to sit on) One of the beds smelt of urine and only 1 had a bedside lamp. Kitchen had bare necessities only. (We didn't even have teaspoons). No water pressure in the shower. Lounges on the rooftop deck were unusable (ripped and missing cushions). Our room was overlooking the train line and a carpark.

Loved the rooftop! The view and facilities are amazing! Staff were friendly.

The train noise. We barely slept, train line was right outside balcony and very clearly heard every train.

Great location so easy to walk to most everywhere, Southbank, City & West End , So Comfortable

We stayed for a couple of nights would have loved to stay longer. Everything was so clean ,the beds so comfortable & linen felt lovely all excellent It was so good to be able to sit out on balcony & the view wonderful. Walking distance into the city & southbank ,to easy. This location is very good, I have stay here before & will stay again ,just amazing. The size of the 2 b/rooms is very good . Showers & bathroom very clean. Thankyou for making our stay so pleasant, kind regards

It is in a good location and the room is a good size.

The bathrooms are not clean enough and not modern. The apartment had a smell. For $350 a night I didn't think it was value.

Great perfect stay. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Check in was nice smooth and simple, receptionists were very helpful. The room was perfect and very well cleaned. The beds were very comfy aswell.

The car park situation, very scary driving down into the basement. But still very greatful for the free parking

Convenient and clean

It was convenient to the convention center and restaurants. Big apartment.

There was no conditioner and no blankets. It was noisy with the train.

We noticed hairs on the floor in the bedrooms, used soap in the show on the window ledge and scum on the couch that needs elbow greese to properly get it off. This all demonstrates lack of detail when cleaning or rushed cleaning, unable to do a proper clean. The carpet in the room next to the balcony has marks or stains on it, a good seam carpet clean may do the trick. But the couch would definitely benefit from a steam clean because it is sweat and oil built up over a long time. All this may be that the apartments get quickly cleaned on a regular basis but just don't have a proper yearly clean scheduled in. Perhaps once a year a proper deap clean to freshen up all the nooks and crannies.

Everything was good except I could not sleep due to the noise from the apartment above.

The people in the apartment above my bedroom were up ALL NIGHT! Drinking and dropping things eg cans on the balcony above me and walking around. I could hear everything they said and some of them were still going at 5am! It was impossible for me to sleep which made it very difficult for me to enjoy the next day activities I had planned. It spoiled an otherwise pleasant short stay. I told the receptionist in the morning what had happened and she advised me to email and let you know, which I am now doing. Such a shame as it is a nice apartment block.

Pleasant

We loved the rooftop and our rooms views, plus the size of the apartment was perfect! Absolutely loved having our own amenities to use especially the washing machine as loved coming home with a clean suitcase of clothes :)

The bed, we unfortunately did not had a good night's sleep since we got there the main bedroom mattress needs to be replaced as I have bruises on my ribs from the springs in the mattress. One other thing we found was the remains of something that looked to have been used to take illegal substances in the bedside drawer of the room our 3 year old was supposed to sleep in so glad we found it prior to her (so perhaps a little more care in house keeping is required) The only other thing that would make us hesitate in booking again was the amount of homeless (including drug affected) people that surrounded the streets and with a 3 year old made us feel a little uneasy at times whilst waiting on transport to go places.

It definately served its purpose and was very clean would stay there again.

Great Location very clean . Great view over the city was on the 9th floor

Beds were very hard, Kitchen not very well equipped, no mixing bowl or a whisk, limited cookware. Noisy at night but it is the city .
