Our room was very cosy and comfortable, we had everything we need (even a toothbrush!).
Hosts were super friendly and Caring. Location is up to 40 min walk to the Eiffel tower.
There was no desk to work (as it was presented on photo); you can’t connect to the WiFi from several devices at the same time (eg: phone + laptop). Breakfast was poor (no vegetables, cheese, meat or fish).

The location is extremely quiet for Paris and well appointed to get connected to the center of the city - within 30 mins to Opéra. The host is very communicative and enabled me to check in early which was a lifesaver as I was scheduled for a busy weekend for business. I loved all the extras put in place such as a loofah in the shower, tea & coffee as well as AC. The room was spotless clean and comfortable.
Despite the amazing breakfast with fresh mini croissants, fresh fruit salad, crepes, toasted bread, muesli, yoghurt & luxury tea selections I missed savoury options. Everything is on the sweet side only (honey, jams, etc.). Boiled eggs, cheese or cold cuts would have been nice for someone on a low sugar / higher protein diet.

Comfortable well air conditioned clean bed room en-suite. Either-down as in bed clothing was clumsy and heavy.
It was market to look like a hotel. It turned out to be a B&B with no reception, lobby or lounging/sitting area.
