Our stay in the Eiffel Tower Suite was simply wonderful. The private terrace at the top of the hotel was absolutely stunning and made the room feel particularly special. With the beautiful weather during our visit, we were able to enjoy it at its very best. It was a lovely experience and certainly one of the highlights of our time in Paris.
The hotel was absolutely superb, but what was disappointing was the lack of information about the pre-booked car park. We were simply given an address and told it was about five minutes away.
I have no problem driving in Paris, having visited many times, but the underground car park was difficult to find and had no clear signage. Once inside, the individual garages are four floors underground, with little lighting and no signs showing how to get out or find the lift.
I mentioned this to reception and suggested a simple one-page guide with photos showing the entrance, garage and route to the lift. This would make a huge difference, as I can imagine some guests finding the experience quite daunting or feeling unsafe.

Great area, nice cafes and shops close by. Trains stations very close and was a great spot to be central to all tourist spots

We loved our stay here. It was in a great area with lots of great shops and restaurants. And most importantly, the entire staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Honestly can't think of anything. It was a great stay all around.

It was good location. The facilities were good. We could Uber around easily.
I didn't like the fact that the male reception booked us a taxi whose driver charged us 4 x the rate we paid via Bolt
