The room was very nice, though i wish i had paid extra for one with a balcony. I like the swimming pool area and the fact that it had a bar, and there were enough space in front of the pool for everyone.
I wish I had paid extra for a room with a balcony, the window was too small. The location too far, had to catch a taxi to get into town.

Lovely pool area, spacious rooms, all very clean. Off season so it was nice and chilled. Staff were great.
Nothing apart from the limited snack bar options, but probably down to it being right at the end of the season.

small but enough room size (I was single person in double room), balcony available, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with big shower, cleaning every day, fresh tasty breakfast with various options, pool, bar, entertainment, bicycle storage, excellent location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket
no coffee machine available in the hotel, specifically needed outside of bar working hours

The location of the hotel is excellent! You can take the bus from Palma to Alcudia and the bus stop is around 100 metres from the hotel.
The hotel is around 15min walk to the Alcudia Port, but in overall the location is their best asset.
The cleanliness is very good and the staff was very helpful.
I didn't like the slow response from the hotel about the elevators.
During my 10 day stay 1 or 2 elevators out of 3, kept being out of service. It was a problem after not dealing with this issue for 4 or 5 days.
The wifi went down for 2 days! Note, that you can't depend from the hotel's wifi for work.
Also, i didn't expect to pay additional tourist tax after Booking already listed the final price.

Great facilities, excellent buffet (with fresh baked bread and food made at the moment). Very friendly and helpful staff!

a kettle in the room would be good and it was disappointing not to have the room with a balcony that I had booked for the first night

Pillows were horrible, not comfortable at all absolute, absolute rubbish. Through them away please.
The hotel feels like 3 stars, not 4 stars at all.
Checking in and checking out was extremely slow and not professional at all.
Good that I stayed there just short time. If I would book more nights in this place, I would not survive.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We`ve asked for early check in and they did fulfilled our request. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner was pretty good. The room and bathroom were clean.
The hotel don`t have its own parking and you have to look for a parking place around and sometimes is pretty hard to find one. The hotel is right near a busy street and if you have rooms in that wing, at a lower floor, is pretty noisy in the night.

Fantastic breakfasts! the best variety ever!
It was the worst check in ever, it took 40 minutes, staff (Steve) at the reception was absolutely unprofessional!

Rooms were amazingly clean. Cleaners were in every day. Beds were very comfy. Buffet was excellent. We booked bed and breakfast only but ate in the restaurant one evening and it was very good. All the staff, (cleaners, reception, bar, restaurant) were very friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely happy at their work.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is welcoming and very friendly. Especially Juanjo at reception help us to book the cruise tour for the next two days.
Dinner buffet at hotel is awesome with so many varieties. Breakfast is also very exotic and great ! Restuarant staff is also nice & welcoming.
Swimming pool, bar is also very nice.
Rooms are spacious enough with very neat & clean
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and happy to visit again !
Nothing to mention but looking forward to addition of Spa & Sauvna service by near future

The location, the variety of dishes offered in the buffet breakfast and dinner, the functional AC, the pool and activities.
The toiletries. We were there for a week and we just got a mini soap bar. Just bring your own a'd don't expect them to understand you when you ask for a refill because they most likely won't understand a word you're saying.
