I liked that it was located very conveniently for us. We were going to a visit to Galloway Distillery and Creebridge house was very close. I also liked the pub and the food. The mushroom soup was fantastic. The personnel very warm too.
Nothing.

The staff were friendly. The location was great. The meal in the restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast was good.
The shower steam could set off the smoke alarm. The window didn’t open in the bathroom or had an extractor fan so we were concerned to have a good shower as we heard the alarm the night before and the staff reaction.

Good food and great staff. Plenty of hot water.
Room was small and basic. Decor was basic (magnolia) as were fittings (wonky headboard and plywood base) . Lights had arctic white bulbs fitted. Not cosy. Wet wall in bathroom no doubt practical but at entry level for hospitality. Premium rate charged for economy offering.
