Kind staff , nice rooms

The room quite surprised me. It was compact but had all the facilities. Secure and did what it said on the tin. The pictures of the room don't really do justice.
Staff a little grumpy. Stairs were a bit tight for getting luggage up and down (fortunately only once each way!). Room needed a fan as the weather was humid

Window opened, clean room, friendly staff
Dusty curtains and light shade, lumpy mattress, didn’t provide extra pillows when asked or let us know there weren’t any available
